22-014801- 400 BLK McBrien Road- Criminal Trespass- A subject was given a criminal trespass warning from a business after he caused a disorder the previous day and threatened to take merchandise without paying.
22-014803 – 1504 Truman Avenue – Assist Other Agency – Police responded to this location after Coffee County Sheriff’s Office requested they check for a 2007 silver Ford Focus that was reported stolen from their jurisdiction. On arrival, police located the vehicle across the street in the rear parking lot of Marco’s Pizza. While officers were inspecting the vehicle, a male subject, identified as Scott Brown, exited 1504 Truman Ave with the keys to the vehicle. Brown was detained and later taken into custody for the theft of the vehicle. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
22-014816-3300 BLK Shadowlawn Dr. Theft from Auto- A citizen reported an unknown suspect entered her unlocked vehicle sometime in the early morning hours Monday. She stated there was no damage to the vehicle however she stated her engagement ring, a backpack and Galaxy ear pods were stolen.
22-014820-100 BLK Kingwood Dr. Domestic Disorder- Police responded to an intoxicated disorder between roommates.
22-014832 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Rd – Assist Fire – Police assisted ERFD with two subjects who made a small campfire in the woods. The homeless parties were educated on the dangers of making fires in the woods. ERFD extinguished the fire and the parties were told to move along.
22-014830 – 1410 Mack Smith Road – Traffic Stop / Arrest – Amber Wilbanks was issued a Misdemeanor Citation for Simple Possession – Methamphetamine following a traffic stop at this location.
22-014826 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Patrick Elliott was taken into custody by CPD on active East Ridge warrants. Violation of probation (No Bond).
22-014838 – 100 BLK Kingwood Drive – Verbal Disorder – Officers responded to this address for an unknown trouble call. Officers spoke with the residents, who claimed the situation was a verbal argument only. The probable suspect or cause of the situation had fled the scene on foot before the officer’s arrival.
