23-012877- 3500 BLK Mimbro Lane- Wellbeing Check- The caller requested police respond and assist in checking on a child. The child was not located. The mother advised she was at daycare.
23-012887- 3725 Fountain Avenue- Shots Fired- The caller advised he heard approximately five to seven gunshots in the area. On scene nothing was located.
Night Shift October 10
(No Number Assigned) – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop – Following a traffic stop at this location a man was arrested on outstanding warrants out of general sessions.
23-011953 – 7600 BLK Standifer Gap Road – Arrest-Warrant – A party was arrested on an arrest warrant for Theft under $1,000 which was issued on October 9, 2023, for his involvement in the theft of a pressure washing machine.
23-012887 – 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue – Shots Fired – Police responded to multiple reports of rapid gunfire in the general area of Summit East Ridge. Teenagers walking in the area told police they recently observed a car muffler backfiring on S Germantown Road. Police were unable to locate any shell casings in the vicinity of the reports.
23-012888 – 1600 BLK Sunray Drive – Traffic Stop – Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration. A woman was taken into custody following a probable cause search of the vehicle. She was arrested for Possession of Schedule II (Fentanyl), Possession of Schedule II (Oxycodone), Possession of Meth, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
23-012893 – 1400 BLK Mack Smith Road – Mentally Disturbed – Police responded to this location regarding female who advised her friend that she was being held hostage. Police talked with the RP. She advised police three males in the room wouldn’t let her leave. Police cleared the room and discovered no one else was inside. The woman had a warrant out of Catoosa County for Failure to appear. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-012895 – 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue – Disorder/Arrest – While responding to this address, police enroute saw a black Chevrolet Silverado that blared its horn and stopped in the middle of Ringgold Road approximately in the 3600-block westbound. Police arrested a man following the disorder between he and his brother due to him trying to conduct a citizen’s arrest over the confirmed incident with the Rossville Police Officer who was almost run over by him on Monday, October 9, 2023. He was arrested and charged with evading arrest, and Rossville PD informed them they were working on getting their warrants signed and taken care of for their charges against him as well. Police then transported the man to the Hamilton County Jail without further incident.
23-012896 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person-Difficulty Breathing – A man was found lying down in front of East Ridge Fire and Police Station. Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services was summoned and transported to a local hospital.
23-012897 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – Police were dispatched to this location regarding a male and female arguing. Upon arrival, police spoke the male party who advised he was trying to get a room for the night. Dispatch then advised the female, who was in Rossville GA, wanted to make a report for him violating a TPO. She had a conflicting story and would not cooperate with the police.
23-012899 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Theft – Police were dispatched to this location regarding a male who stole keys to a woman’s vehicle. She advised at 2250 hours, while she was in the restroom, a male took her keys. She advised she did not want to press charges at this time.
