The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
Oct. 6 Day Shift
21-014539- 1 Stadium Way (Red Wolves Stadium)- Unknown Trouble-
Dispatch advised of an unknown emergency activation. On scene police spoke with a responsible party and found the activation was accidental.
21-014544- 613 Marlboro Avenue- Auto Theft-
The resident called to report the theft of his vehicle. He advised sometime between 0100 hours and 1150 hours this date an unknown suspect(s) took his vehicle. He advised his vehicle, a silver 2014 Toyota Camry with TN registration 3Z93G7, was left locked. The vehicle was entered in NCIC. Later in the shift the vehicle was recovered at 5516 Alabama Avenue in Chattanooga. The vehicle was found unoccupied with no suspects located. The vehicle was removed from NCIC.
21-014546- 5716 Ringgold Road (Chattanooga Vapor)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a homeless male was walking through the parking lot talking to himself. Police checked the area but the male was gone.
21-014547- 1023 Hibbler Circle- Burglary-
The complainant called to report a burglary of the vacant house at this address. He advised it has been unoccupied since July of this year. An unknown suspect entered the garage portion of the house during this time. Per the complainant, nothing had been taken. He declined to file a formal report but did request an extra patrol of the neighborhood.
21-014552- 4304 Duval Street- Unknown 911-
Dispatch advised of a phase two 911 hang up call. Police responded and found a child was playing with a cell phone.
21-014553- 1509 South Smith Street (New Hope)- Disorder-
The caller advised of a female causing a disorder and refusing to leave the business. On scene police spoke with the caller. The female had already left the scene.

Night Shift
3100 Ringgold Rd. / Traffic Control (21-014581):
A vehicle crash in Chattanooga shut down I-24 west, CPD and TDOT diverted westbound traffic off the interstate onto Germantown Road. All traffic, including all the semi-trucks, were attempting to use the tunnels. ERPD deployed multiple officers and traffic control devices to detour traffic to E. Main St. Assistance from TDOT was requested but went unanswered. At the time of this pass along, it was advised that it would be four hours until I-24 would reopen, and officers remained on post.
18200 Interstate 24 EB / Assist other Agency:
An individual requested assistance with a broken-down auto. The auto hit some debris from a crash on the westbound lanes of Interstate 24. 21-014578
21-014559/ 950 Spring Creek Road/ Stolen Vehicle Recovery:
The Spring Creek Garden Apartments requested a private tow for two vehicles abandoned on their property. The tow service took one but left the 2016 Ford Focus, beige in color, due to it being reported stolen in Chattanooga. CPD OCN: 20-092394 reported on September 12, 2020. NCIC contacted the previous owner whose insurance claim was paid out, leaving the car belonging to USAA Insurance Company. Police requested the vehicle be removed from NCIC. Broome’s Wrecker towed the vehicle to their lot. Report filed in RMS.
BOLO Agg. Assault Suspect:
A bolo for Antwan White was issued by CPD for Aggravated Assault. White resides in the 4000 block of Dupont Street. White is believed to be driving a 1999 silver Honda Passport with no tag. Officers checked the address, but the vehicle was not on scene at the Dupont Street address.
