The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
Oct. 20 Day Shift
1702 Prigmore Road (burglary/assist Codes Enforcement):
Codes was inspecting this condemned residence when they found an unsecured side door. While searching the property, officers found that an unknown party had cut the pipes leading to the water heater causing flooding in the home. TAWC was contacted and disconnected the water meter. The responsible party for the property was notified of the situation and had someone respond to the property to tend to the damage.
6215 Dayton Blvd (warrant service):
Jesse Cadieux was taken into custody for a capias warrant for harboring or hiding a runaway child at the Probation and Parole facility. He was transported to 601 Walnut for booking.
913 Stateline Road Apt. 1303 (property damage):
The resident contacted police after she observed damage to the exterior bricks of her apartment. The bricks were cracked and scraped in a manner which suggested the wall had been hit with a car.
201 Eads Street (harassment):
The resident of this apartment reported being harassed by the apartment complex manager. The manager stated the allegations are due to eviction proceedings and because the resident has been repeatedly told her children are not allowed to play in the breezeways and on the balcony while unsupervised.

Night Shift
6200 Holiday Dr (Disorder 20-013964):
Reporting party called in stating her daughter was at her residence causing a disorder, banging on the front door and yelling. Officers located the daughter a short time later at 948 Spring Creek Rd. The daughter did not deny the allegations and stated she was upset her mother did not bake her a cake for her birthday. Disorder was verbal only and the daughter stated she was not returning to the residence.
1412 Manna Ln (Shots Fired 20-013966):
RP reported hearing 5-6 gunshots. Nothing located.
400 S Seminole (AOA Warrant 20-013965):
Jacolbre Bell was detained and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on felony warrants through Hamilton County.
4222 Ringgold Rd (Theft 20-013969):
Store clerk stated two male parties had entered the store, obscured items in their pockets and were leaving in a gray mini-van. Contact was made with the subjects in the parking lot. There was no evidence a theft had taken place.
5800 Ringgold Rd (AOA Warrant Arrest):
Kenneth Taylor was detained and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on county warrants following a traffic stop.
5001 Delaware Rd (AOA):
HCSO requested police check this address for a stolen Ford F150. The vehicle was not located
1105 Sewanee Dr (Prowler 20-013971):
Caller reported hearing noises outside her apartment. Stated she possibly saw someone in a white shirt in the wood line behind her house. Nothing located.
5336 Connell St (Noise Complaint 20-013974):
RP called stating the neighbor was being loud while working on a vehicle. Officers arrived on scene and had a difficult time locating any noise. The subject of the complaint was working on a vehicle but there was no noise.
1500 McDonald Rd (Traffic Stop/AOA Arrest 20-013975):
Officers initiated a traffic stop for a registration violation in the 1500 block of McDonald Rd. The vehicle continued south into Catoosa County before coming to a stop. Police immediately detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Catoosa County responded and took Amy Ellis and two juvenile males into custody on numerous narcotics charges.
400 S. Seminole Dr (Arrest 20-013977):
A traffic stop was conducted for window tint violation leading to the arrest of Richard Allen. Allen was charged with DUI, Possession of Schedule VI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Suspended and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Allen was in the company of a 17 yr old female juvenile.
