The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
Oct. 16 Day Shift
6514 Ringgold Road (Mapco)- Disorder-
The caller advised a black male was threatening employees after being asked to remove his mask to purchase alcohol. Per the caller the male was asked to leave the store several times but refused. On arrival the male had left the area.
3760 Ringgold Road (Trump Headquarters)- Vandalism-
The caller reported a window busted at this address. Per their video footage the damage occurred sometime before 0630 this morning. The surveillance cameras are motion activated and show nothing before that time. There are no suspects.
5512 Ringgold Rd #116 (J103)- Vandalism-
Complainant called to report a window to the building had been busted. A witness at the scene felt the incident occurred sometime between 0545 and 0630 this morning. There are no suspects.
1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6)- Auto Theft-
The complainant reported that Amber Poole (aka Amber Goldsmith) took her 2004 silver BMW on October 15, 2020 without her permission. The complainant stated that she attempted to contact Poole several times concerning the vehicle but did not get a response from her. The vehicle was entered in NCIC. The tag for vehicle was stolen during a separate incident on August 22, 2020.
6721 Ringgold Road (Family Dollar)- Shoplifting-
The caller advised a black male with facial hair and a gray beanie took items from the store without paying. Upon leaving the store he was picked up by a black female in a gold Lexus. It is currently unknown what the male took.
3920 Ringgold Road (Tina’s Nails)- Vandalism-
The caller advised sometime between 2000 hours 10-15 and 0900 hours 10-16 a front window to the business was shot with an unknown projectile. There are no suspects.
1502 McDonald Road (Life Care)- Sexual Assault-
Life Care management called to report a 74-year-old female alleged she was sexually assaulted by Life Care staff. Management advised while the female was at Memorial Hospital, she advised their staff of the incident. A report was filed.
October 16 – Night Shift
5300 Ringgold Rd / Traffic / Arrest:
Police conducted a traffic stop at this location which resulted in police locating a felony amount of marijuana, a felony amount of “shrooms”, and a firearm with 193 rounds of ammunition in nine different magazines. Derunte Franklin was charged with Possession of Schedule I with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule VI with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of a Firearm During a Dangerous Felony.
3500 Bennett / Warrant Service:
Selena Pineda was taken into custody following a traffic stop for an active Fort Oglethorpe warrant.
6515 Ringgold Road (Champy’s) / Vandalism:
The complainant reported that two unknown suspects in a 2011 Kia Optima parked next to his Ford Crown Victoria. For an unknown reason, the driver of the Kia began throwing what appeared to be cups filled with an unknown liquid substance all over the right side of the Crown Vic. The driver also spit mucus onto the windshield. Both unknown suspects then left the scene in the red Optima traveling westbound on Slater Road until they were out of sight. One of the servers at Champy’s witnessed the incident and provided video recording for police review. One suspect, the driver, white male, early twenties, 6’ height approximately 170 lbs, wearing a black ball cap backwards, grey hoodie, and blue jeans. The second suspect, early twenties, was a white male, 6’, wearing a camouflage hoodie, blue jeans and red shorts underneath the jeans.
5293 Spriggs St / Open Door:
Police responded to an open door at this residence after caller, Nikki, stated that she came over to check on her friend Latoya and found the door open. Police arrived to find that there was forced entry into the front door. The house was in disarray, with items strewn about. Police were unable to make contact with Latoya to find out what happened or what might have been taken. The door was secured back as best as possible

October 17 – Day Shift
508 Sharondale Road- AOA-
Police responded with the fire department on a brush fire. On arrival officers observed a power line on fire. Police stood by while Fire handled the call. EPB also responded.
3618 Wimberly Lane- Vandalism-
The caller advised an unknown suspect threw a rock through his vehicle window. Upon arrival police met with the victim. He stated sometime between 10/16/2020 around 1700 and 10/17/2020 at 0930 hours a rock about the size of a softball was thrown through the rear window of his white 2005 Ford Focus. The victim presented the rock to police and stated it was found in the rear inside of the vehicle. There are no suspects.
404 South Moore Road- Theft-
Upon arrival, police contacted the complainant. He advised sometime overnight an unknown suspect stole the catalytic converter off a van belonging to the business. Police observed the van and saw that the equipment was in fact missing. It appeared to have been cut off the vehicle with a saw. There are no cameras in the area and no suspect information.
5800 Clover Street- Suspicious People-
The caller advised of two white males in a blue truck dumping trash at the dead end. Upon arrival the males were gone. Police did observe trash by the road.

October 17 – Night Shift
700 Germantown Circle / Traffic Arrest:
Juan Pascual was arrested for driving on revoked for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
3200 Ringgold Road / Road Rage:
Police were dispatched to this area for two females who had exited their vehicle in the roadway and were involved in a disorder. Police checked the area both parties had left the area prior to police arrival and according to the reporting party they left in separate directions.
4338 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Public Intoxication:
Barry Stiers was arrested for public intoxication after a domestic disorder with his wife.
4119 Dupont Avenue / Domestic Assault:
Antwon White was arrested for Domestic Assault. White assaulted his two sisters.
1527 Keeble St / Harassment:
Police were called due to a juvenile receiving multiple calls and texts from an unknown party who was pretending to be her on TikTok, stating that she was the one who hacked an account she and her friends shared. A report was requested to make the juvenile feel better.
4222 Ringgold Road / Warrant:
Andre Moton was served with a warrant for alias/capias (driving on revoked)
4348 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
Brandon Rodriguez was arrested for possession of marijuana for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at this location.
4119 Dupont St Apt B/Domestic Assault x2:
Antwan White was arrested after assaulting his two sisters while intoxicated.

1706 Keeble Street (Sunny’s Market)- Alarm-
Police responded to check the business. Upon arrival the building appeared to be secure. Officers did observe a cat walking around inside the business.

601 Walnut Street / Warrant Arrest:
Cross, Laquanda Dione was arrested on a warrant for Criminal Simulation.
2007 McBrien Road / Suspicious Activity:
Reporting person heard noises behind his house and wanted police to check. When police talked with reporting person, he heard about a shooting suspect in the area. Nothing located.
4340 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Activity:
An employee went out the back door and saw a male run south from the back of the building. Police checked the area along the drainage but did not locate anything.
