Day Shift November 2, 2022
22-015138- 6519 Ringgold Rd- Theft- The complainant advised he was a guest at the hotel last night and over the course of his stay his light blue 2015 Kia Optima was illegally entered by an unknown suspect. The suspect took a black bag full of fishing and tackle gear from the vehicle’s trunk.
22-015135-1410 Mack Smith Rd- Well Being Check/ Warrant Service- Police responded to the Budgetel to check the status of a female. Police were not able to locate the missing woman but did make contact with a Tammy Lyles. Lyles told police she had seen the woman yesterday. While speaking with Lyles it was discovered she had a warrant out of Meigs County. Police also observed drug paraphernalia with possible fentanyl residue. Lyles was taken into custody for the warrant. The missing female was located several hours later in Chattanooga.
Night Shift November 2-3, 2022
No Number Assigned- 941 Spring Creek Road- Self Initiated Activity- Following a consensual encounter in the parking lot of Parkridge East Hospital, Scott Payne was taken into custody after being found to have multiple outstanding warrants out of General Sessions Court.
22-015185- 620 S Sanctuary Rd- Assist EMS- Lisa Thompson was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after she called for EMS assistance and then became aggressive and threatening to medics and police.
22-015176, 22-017186, 22-015187- 6000 Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop- Following a traffic stop at this location Justin Barberee, Eric Krum, Caitlyn Burke, and Amy Brown were taken into custody. Barberee was found to be in possession of resale amounts of marijuana and cocaine. Krum was found to be in possession of resale amounts of marijuana. Brown was taken into custody for being in possession of a large amount of drug paraphernalia. Burke and Barberee were also discovered to have outstanding warrants out of East Ridge. All narcotics and paraphernalia were seized during the stop. A lock box containing check books belonging to other individuals was located inside the vehicle and seized by police as well. The information will be forwarded to CID for any possible fraud/fraudulent use of check cases.
22-015193- 201 Eads Street, Apt. 132- Domestic Disorder w/Weapon- Officers were called back to this location with a dropped call, no answer on call back. An individual was found in possession of a firearm while underage and possession of Marijuana for Resale. The individual was arrested and charged accordingly.
