Day Shift November 28
23-015035 – 200 BLK Key West Avenue – Disorder – Originally police were dispatched to 1600 BLK Key West Ave for a disorder. The caller reported a woman was on scene causing a disturbance. As officers arrived in the area, the address was changed with the new location being in Georgia. Police located the residence and requested Catoosa County to respond.
23-015044 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Fugitive Warrant – A man was arrested on a warrant through Walker after police encountered him at a homeless camp behind the American Legion. Officers were investigating the camp after receiving complaints.
23-015038-1000 BLK Justine Lane.-Deceptive Practice/ Criminal Simulation – A man was arrested for criminal simulation after intercepting a moving contract for the victim. The suspect stated he was a subcontractor for a company and arrived today to pack her belongings. He accepted a check made out to the original company, then altered the check to show it made out to his company. He admitted to the police he altered the check to get it cashed. He was arrested and charged accordingly.
Night Shift November 28
23-015060 – 5300 BLK Oakdale Avenue – Suspicious Vehicle – Police responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint at this address. A black Dodge Charger was found in the driveway occupied by two parties. The individuals were found to have no warrants and were released from the scene. The vehicle matched the information for a recent BOLO and information on the occupants was sent to CID.
23-015069 – 6100 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest – While patrolling the 6100 block of Ringgold Road police observed a male underneath a van in a parking lot. The male was actively trying to steal the catalytic converter. The male fled on foot and, after a short foot chase, was taken into custody. An additional party on scene was also identified which yielded verified warrants out of Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. Both parties were transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-015057 – 5400 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop / Narcotics – Police observed a white truck run a stop sign at Lazard and Prigmore. Police observed marijuana in plain view. A search yielded marijuana, methamphetamine, scales, and paraphernalia. A man was arrested, and his vehicle was towed.
23-015081 – 6513 Ringgold Road– Suspicious Activity / Arrest – Police observed a silver Chevy Malibu parked behind a restaurant. After searching the vehicle, police found a glass pipe with residue. The driver received a misdemeanor citation and was released.
23-015059 – 1300 BLK Spring Creek Road – Domestic Disorder / Arrest – Police responded to the address referencing a runaway juvenile. After investigating the incident, the juvenile was found to have assaulted her mother as she was attempting to flee the house. The juvenile was transported to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.
23-015062 – 7600 BLK Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service- A man was found to have an active warrant for petition to revoke/possession of controlled substance. The warrants were served while he was in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
23-015067 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – Police responded to a suspicious person complaint behind a convenience store. Police located the man behind the store, and he was criminally trespassed as the owner’s request.
