November 10 Police Briefs

Day Shift November 9, 2022

22-015498- 1517 Tombras Ave- Suspicious Activity- Police were once again called to Pioneer Playground for unruly teens cussing at young children. Police spoke with a large group of juveniles at the nearby pavilion and admonished them against using the playground.

22-015499- 1400 BLK Mack Smith Rd- Harassment- Management reported a former employee was returning to the restaurant, causing a disturbance while demanding his back pay and making threats. Police made contact with the suspect at Budgetel and issued him a Criminal Trespass Warning.

22-015502 – 4141 Ringgold Rd – Suspicious Person/Arrest – Marcus Tramelle Williams was taken into custody after refusing to stay out of the travel lanes on Ringgold Road. Police issued several warnings to Williams about walking in the roadway and impeding travel, which he ignored. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without issue.

22-015507 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – A Capias for Petition to Revoke for Driving Under the Influence was served to Michael Keyes Hall at the Hamilton County Jail after Chattanooga Police made contact with him in their jurisdiction.

Night Shift November 9-10, 2022

No Number Assigned- 400 BLK McBrien Road– Suspicious Persons – Police made contact with parties gathering items from behind the closed business. They were identified and advised to move on. A Field Interview was completed.

22-015518 – 1400 BLK North Mack Smith Road – Fight – Police were called to this location on reports of a large fight. Upon arrival police learned of one person being stabbed. After an investigation police learned the victim was acting in self-defense and ultimately declined to prosecute his attacker.

22-015513 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant – Adolfo Gasper was arrested and booked at the Hamilton County Jail on an East Ridge warrant (alias capias-driving on revoked).
