November 25 – Day Shift
837 Belvoir Terrace (AOA):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a residential fire. East Ridge Fire took control of the scene while police assisted with the roadways.
Kingwood Drive @ Ringgold Road (Hit and Run):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a two-vehicle crash. Prior to police arrival, the suspect vehicle left the scene. The suspect vehicle 2010 Gray Honda Accord, TN CNQ- 896. This vehicle is registered to a Chattanooga address. Police requested CPD to go to address to attempt to locate.
6101 Ringgold Road (Vandalism):
Two windows at Check Into Cash have been damaged on two separate occasions within the last week by what could be marbles.

November 25 –Night Shift
1015 S Seminole (Disorder 20-015577):
Caller stated they observed a black male force a black female into a gray Dodge Dart. The vehicle then left the parking lot at a high rate of speed. Police checked the area and nothing was located.
1410 St Thomas St (Arrest 20-015579):
Timothy Guinn was taken into custody after he was observed stumbling around the parking lot of Fire Station 2. Officers attempted to locate multiple family members to pick Guinn up but were unsuccessful.
5417 Ringgold Rd (Assist Other Agency 20-015578):
Catoosa County requested officers check the parking lot of Groome’s transportation for a stolen truck. Police located a white 2017 Ford F150 stolen out of Catoosa County. Vehicle was recovered.
728 Frawley Rd (Mental Health 20-015580):
The caller requested police respond and locate a pair of individuals hiding behind her couch. When police arrived the caller was insistent the parties were there, covered up, behind her couch. She claimed to see the parties moving while police observed nothing. Police offered her transportation to Parkridge East. She denied the offer.
127 Cecil Ln (Suspicious Activity 20-015583):
Caller stated there was a lot of noise coming from an apartment. Requested police check and make sure everything was ok. Residents in the apartment were assembling furniture.
3628 Helen Ln (Assault 20-015585):
Uriel Baltazar Policarpo was taken into custody for assault after hitting his roommate.
5080 S Terrace (Misdemeanor Citations 20-015588):
EMS requested assistance locating a party who had called for them. Police located Carol Burnett and Danny Henderson behind the AMC theater. Burnette had requested EMS due to stomach pain. Burnette miraculously became well after officers located marijuana in her jacket and in Henderson’s pocket. Both parties were issued misdemeanor citations for simple possession and released.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Arrest 20-012542):
Joshua Lively was served East Ridge arrest warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.
5005 Kenton Dr (Suspicious Person 20-015590):
Caller stated she observed a black male who appeared to be slowly walking in circles near Dover Ave. Police located the party who stated he was just out for a walk.
5301 Ringgold Rd (Fail to Stop 20-015591):
Police observed a black Cadillac on the parking lot of Walgreen’s that had been reported stolen. The vehicle fled refusing to stop for police. The suspect was allowed to safely escape and police did not pursue in accordance with policy.

November 26 – Day Shift
6012 Wentworth Avenue (found property):
The complainant found a Capital One credit card, which does not belong to him, inside his vehicle. He believes it may be from August of this year when his car was entered and his firearm was stolen. The card was placed into Property and Evidence.
503 S. Germantown Road (suspicious vehicle):
Police made contact with two white males in a broken down vehicle at this location. One occupant, Timothy Duggard, was detained for possible warrants when he began struggling with officers. At this point the other occupant, Robert Murphy, fled on foot. A short time later he was captured on Maple Lane at which time he possibly overdosed on narcotics and was transported to a local hospital. Duggard was arrested for resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, and Murphy was arrested for evading and numerous warrants upon his release from the hospital.
5300 Marion Avenue (warrant service):
James Howard Jr. was arrested on an active Hamilton County warrant following a traffic stop at this location.
602 Bacon Trail (auto burglary):
The resident stated an unknown person stole items from his vehicle and the laundry room located at the rear of his duplex.

November 26 – Night Shift
604 Bacon Trail (Burglary 20-015612):
The resident stated their apartment was burglarized during the daytime hours on this date. Several electronic items and a firearm were taken in the burglary.
6600 Ringgold Rd (Misdemeanor Citation 20-015614):
Spence James was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving while revoked for DUI. He was also issued several traffic citations.
3500 Bennett (DUI Crash 20-015616):
Officers responded to a single vehicle crash. Police arrived and located a black Acura overturned in a ditch with an entrapped driver. The driver was transported by EMS to Erlanger. DUI charges are pending.
201 Eads St Apt 441 (Disorder 20-015615):
Caller stated they heard an active disorder in the apartment. Police responded and found the noise to be coming from children rough housing.
3900 Ringgold Rd (DUI Arrest 20-015617):
Christopher Neary was arrested for DUI during a traffic stop at this location.
4222 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Vehicle 20-015618):
Caller stated a black Dodge had been sitting on the side lot of the business running and occupied for over an hour. Police made contact with a male subject who stated he had an argument with his wife and just need to get out of his house and clear his head.
1400 South Seminole (DUI Arrest 20-015623):
Manuel Perez was taken into custody for evading, resisting arrest and DUI during a traffic stop.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Arrest 20-015624):
Meckeal Gates was served an East Ridge arrest warrant at the Hamilton County Jail.

November 27 – Day Shift
3212 Gleason Drive- Burglary-
Upon arrival police met with the complainant. He stated he was in apt 15, where he resides, when he heard noise coming from apt 18. The complainant uses apt 18 for storage while he works to repair the properties. He entered apt 18 and found a black male wearing blue jeans and a camo hoodie approximately 6 ft tall. The complainant stated that he did pull his XDS 9mm pistol on the suspect. He then escorted the suspect outside apt 18 and onto the porch at gunpoint. The complainant stated the black male suspect then fled on foot and he put away his firearm to await police arrival. The complainant noted the suspect headed East on Gleason on foot. Multiple police units did search the area but did not locate the suspect. Apt 18 could not be secured and there were no apparent signs of forced entry. He reported a set of cabinets costing approximately $1000.00 had been damaged by the suspect during the burglary. The complainant stated he would call police back if he found anything else damaged or stolen. He had no further suspect information.
1 Belvoir Circle- Lost Property-
Police took a telephonic report involving a lost firearm. The caller stated sometime between last using his firearm on 10/19/2020 and 11/27/2020 he had misplaced his firearm, a .45 cal Taurus Judge. The firearm is described as having a 3-inch barrel, blued, and a brass insert in the cylinder. The man stated the firearm may have fallen out of his truck at some point when he opened or closed the driver side door, but he was not certain on a precise way the firearm may have been lost. The man was not able to provide a serial number at this time but stated he was going to try and get one and call back to add it to this report.

November 27 – Night Shift
5910 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
Keith Johnson was taken into custody for speeding and resisting arrest after refusing to sign his citation following a traffic stop at this location.
1521 Mack Smith Road / Civil Matter:
Reporting party called police stating that the home had been burglarized. Upon arrival, it was found that the matter was civil in nature. The caller had been letting three parties live with her and they had entered the home to retrieve their belongings.
1450 Monroe St. / Narcotics Arrest:
William Harrison was taken into custody for distribution of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia after he was discovered inside of a U-Haul truck with 5 grams of methamphetamine packaged in several different small baggies. The U-Haul truck was returned to the retailer by a company representative.
800 S. Moore Road / Miscellaneous Report:
A white Dodge Charger fled from officers after officers tried to initiate a traffic stop.
