The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
Nov. 24 Day Shift
6725 Ringgold Road (Chattanooga Mercantile)- Disorder-
The caller advised a homeless white male was screaming and beating on the windows. Upon police arrival contact was made with a Scott Starling in the parking lot. Starling was checked through dispatch and a non-extraditable warrant through California was located. Starling was sent on his way and advised not to hang out on mercantile property.
1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)- Mental Health Consumer-
A male subject called advising someone had been n his room and removed items. On arrival officers quickly determined the man was having some sort of mental crisis. He was escorted back to his room.
6616 Hilton Drive- Distress Alarm-
Police responded to the residence. Upon arrival the alarm was found to be accidental.
4109 Ringgold Road (Vacant Building)- Vandalism-
While on patrol police observed a broken window on the building. An attempt was made to locate an owner with no luck. The window appears to have been shot with a marble like the previous ones throughout the city.
3712 Bennett Rd- Suspicious Activity/Trespassing-
A representative with Sunny Valley LLC advised his company purchased this home in September 2020 and recently have begun repairs on the property. According to the man, since they began repairs on the property, other parties claiming to have possessions inside have been coming to the property. The man advised that over the weekend parties entered the property and removed multiple items, including a water heater that belonged to the house. On this date, he notified police about a red truck with a trailer on the property upon his arrival. The man stated the subject claimed he was going to get his property but then left after being advised police had been called. A black Chevy truck with GA tag RMZ9600 and a black Nissan 350z with TN tag 2S42P9 have also been observed on the property. According to the man, no one should be at the property unless they are working with his company and he would like a watch on it for all shifts.

601 Walnut Street / Arrest-Warrant:
Robert Allen Webb was arrested on a Petition to Revoke warrant for Possession of Cocaine which was issued on October 7, 2020.
601 Walnut Street / Arrest-Warrant:
Kenneth Lee Bailey Oliver, Jr was arrested on a Theft over $2500 warrant which was issued on October 2, 2020.
5700 Ringgold Rd / SIA:
Police observed a white male walking at this location and recognized him to be a missing juvenile from Catoosa County. Police made contact with the male and he was confirmed missing through NCIC. His parents were contacted and responded to the scene to retrieve him.
5800 Ringgold Road/DUI:
Frances Oliver was arrested for DUI, resisting, implied consent and failure to maintain lane during a traffic stop.
726 S. Seminole Dr. / Vehicle crash DUI Arrest:
Officers responded to a single vehicle crash at the listed address. Witnesses stated the vehicle crashed while driving recklessly and passing vehicle at a high rate of speed in a no passing zone. Officers located the vehicle traveling on Gleason Dr. fleeing the crash see. Witnesses on scene claimed to see the male driver force a female back into the vehicle following the crash. Officers also believed the driver to be DUI. When officers attempted to stop the vehicle, it refused and continued for 0.7 miles at speeds around 40 mph. The vehicle finally stopped for police on Bacon Trail. Where the driver, Demarcus Dillard, was taken into custody for DUI. No injuries reported.
