The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
October 29 – Day Shift
2000 block Myrtle Avenue (Aggravated Assault):
A man was walking his dog in this location when he yelled for a silver Honda Accord or Civic to slow down. The driver, a black male, stopped and pointed a silver revolver at the man before immediately leaving the area. The vehicle could not be located.
1301 Greenslake Road (AOA):
Catoosa County issued a BOLO for a vehicle which fled a traffic stop on Greenslake Road. The vehicle was found at this location and the driver, Joseph Tucker, was taken into custody on active warrants.
4150 Ringgold Road (Hit and Run):
A gold Nissan Altima, with an unknown amount of front end damage, struck a delivery truck at Walmart before fleeing at a high rate of speed.

October 29 –Night Shift
809 Poindexter (Fight 20-014376):
Officers responded to the area on report of two females physically fighting. Parties were gone prior to police arrival.
705 Donaldson (Wires Down 20-014377):
Tree fell on lines and transformer.
6519 Ringgold Rd (Fight 20-014378):
Reports of two black males fighting in the parking lot. Parties were gone when officers arrived.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Stolen Vehicle Recovery/Arrests 20-014381):
Patrol was notified by CID of a vehicle stolen out of Georgia that should be in the vicinity of 6511 Slater Rd, per an LPR hit. The vehicle was later located at the Budgetel and associated with two subjects in room 2136. The parties in the motel room refused to answer the door. A search warrant was applied for and executed on the motel room. Costanza Vali was in possession of the vehicle keys and was taken into custody for theft over $10,000 and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nathan Marcy was detained on multiple Catoosa County warrants. Both were transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
6908 Mooreview (Domestic Disorder 20-014383):
Caller stated Eric Sparks would not leave her alone and he had hit her multiple times. Sparks was taken into custody for domestic assault and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
3531 Sunrise Terrace (Domestic Disorder 20-014385):
RP stated his wife and he were arguing. He went on to state she had stabbed him in the leg with a screwdriver. Loretta Cross was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on the charge of Aggravated Domestic Assault.
1417 St Thomas (Narcotics Violation 20-014386):
Austin Allen was issued misdemeanor citations for possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of marijuana. Allen had arrived on scene to pick up a passenger from a vehicle police had stopped in the parking lot. Officers spoke with Allen and detected the odor of marijuana coming from his vehicle.
1417 St Thomas St (Suspicious Person 20-014390):
Officers responded after a guest at the Motel 6 stated a male subject was following her on the property. Police made contact with Miguel Cuevas who was found to have an active warrant through East Ridge. Cuevas was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Unknown Trouble 20-014391):
Call taker heard a female ask, “why did you just knock that baby on the floor”. Dispatch did not have a room number. The reporting party called police back asking how long it would take for officers to arrive. Dispatch was able to locate a room number on this phone call, 2216. Police arrived and spoke with a very uncooperative female who had obviously been assaulted. The female party refused to give police any information about the incident.
Police made a return trip to the Budgetel approximately 15 minutes after the initial call. Officers located a male subject barely conscious in the floor of room 2216. The victim from the original call had additional signs of assault on her face. The male subject was administered a dose of Narcan which caused him to become enraged and combative. He was transported to Parkridge East Hospital awaiting clearance for transport to the Hamilton County Jail for violating an order of protection and domestic assault.

919 Altamaha-
The complainant advised someone broke into this location sometime during the night and stole multiple items.
5607 Ringgold Rd (vandalism):
Amy Lopez with State Farm called to make a report of vandalism at this location where a marble had been used to vandalize the front window of the business.
728 Frawley Rd-
On October 30, 2020, at 1415, the East Ridge City Fire Marshall and the East Ridge City Codes Enforcement condemned Building 1000, 728 Frawley Road (Parkridge Apartments) due to fire, smoke, water, and structural damages. A notice was posted at the front and back entrance of the building. In addition, the apartment’s property manager and several occupants in the area were notified of the condemned status of the building.
6100 Ringgold Rd-
John Doe, possibly Artemio Ramos, was taken into custody at this location following a traffic stop.
3714 Ringgold Rd-
Audra Crawford and Shawn Jarrett were taken into custody at this location on warrants out of Catoosa Co for child cruelty, following a suspicious person call.
410 Dunlap Ave-
Burglary at this location sometime during the night
3201 Westonia Dr-
The complainant advised someone broke into her residence at this location sometime during the night and took several items.

October 30 – Night Shift
1107 McBrien Road / Traffic Stop:
Jerome Kelly was arrested for DUI and driving on revoked following a traffic stop.
1200 S. Seminole / Evading:
Police attempted a traffic stop on a white sedan bearing GA registration RXU5082. The vehicle refused to stop for police continuing south on South Seminole at a slow rate of speed. It appeared the vehicle may be looking for a place to stop until police activated their sirens, which resulted in the vehicle fleeing the area. Police deactivated emergency equipment and allowed to the vehicle to safely flee the area.
1308 John Ross / Unk. Trouble:
Police received a call from a male party who advised he was in fear for his life. After contacting the male party it was discovered he simply wanted a ride to the Speedway. Police checked the male party for warrants and gave him a ride. Police also educated the man on the proper use of the 911 system and advised him of the dangers of abusing it.
3657 Ringgold Road / Narcotics Arrest:
Christina Arrington was arrested for simple possession, possession of meth for resale, possession of controlled sub sch IV, and light law violation during a traffic stop at this location.
1000 McBrien Road / AOA:
East Ridge police assisted Chattanooga police with locating a stolen vehicle on 14th ave. Police helped the RP out of Catoosa County with tracking the vehicle on a app.
Greenslake Road @ State line / Felony evading:
Police attempted to stop a gold Chevrolet Tahoe without working tag lights the vehicle continued south into Georgia at a high rate of speed. Police were unable to get the tag information.
631 Camp Jordan Parkway (Johnathan’s Restaurant) / Intoxicated Person:
Police dispatched to Johnathan’s to remove an intoxicated female that was refusing to leave. She was cut off by the bar from serving her anymore alcohol and management asked her to leave. She refused to pay her tab and leave. The female customer was convinced to pay then she departed with her friend prior to police arrival.
5519 Ringgold Road / Found Property:
Police discovered 2.9 grams of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia at this address while conducting a traffic stop. All items were turned into Property and Evidence for destruction.
