May 05 – Day Shift
23-005453 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Rd – DUI – A woman was taken into custody for DUI during a traffic stop.
23-005447 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Suspicious Person/Arrest – A woman was arrested for Possession of Crack Cocaine and Drug Paraphernalia after being observed on the property.
May 05 – Night Shift
23-005469 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police received an anonymous phone call saying a wanted subject from Rutherford County was at this location. The warrants did verify and police took the fugitive into custody.
23-005485 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police met with a man at the police station for him to turn himself in on four outstanding forfeiture capias warrants. He was placed into custody for driving under the influence, possession of schedule II/fentanyl, and two driving on revoked for DUI forfeiture Capias.
23-005476 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police were advised on an active warrant for a party. He was arrested at East Ridge Police Department and taken to Silver Dale Detention Center.
23-005472 — 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – DUI – Police were called in regard to a vehicle stuck between the curb of two businesses. The driver appeared to be intoxicated and had opened containers inside his vehicle. He was taken into custody for D.U.I. and taken to Silverdale Detention Center.
23-005466 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A woman was booked at Silverdale on outstanding warrants out of East Ridge.
23-005468 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Following an encounter with Chattanooga PD, a woman was taken into custody on outstanding East Ridge warrants.
23-005481 – 700 BLK Pyron Lane – Vandalism – Police responded to this location following a domestic disorder. Reporting party told officers her ex-girlfriend asked her to come outside and fight her. Once both parties were outside the reporting party told police the ex-girlfriend smashed her vehicle taillight and fled prior to police arrival. Warrants are being sought for Vandalism.
23-005465 – 4300 BLK Bennett Road – Domestic Disorder / DUI – Police responded to a domestic disorder in progress. Dispatch advised the male party was leaving the scene and intoxicated. Police observed the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was taken into custody for DUI 2nd and Driving on Revoked.
23-005482 – 3500 BLK Bennett Road – Traffic Crash – Police Responded to the intersection of Bennett Road and S. Seminole Drive for a car that ran off the road and was stuck in the ditch. The district wrecker was called to get the car out of the ditch due to the driver fleeing the scene.
23-005491 – 4200 BLK Greenbriar Rd – Theft from Vehicle – Police responded to the address in refence to someone breaking into a vehicle. On scene it appeared someone had attempted to break into the dash in an attempt to steal the vehicle. The victim stated her rent money was stolen from the vehicle along with Coco Channel Perfume and a makeup bag.
May 06 – Day Shift
23-005508 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Rd – Trespass – A man was issued a trespass warning by police at the request of motel management.
23-005507 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Pkwy – Disorder – A customer reported a possible fight between some of the employees. No one admitted to fighting and no victims would come forward. The manager, who was not on scene, advised she spoke with the employees and all was fine.
23-005494 – 4000 BLK Patton Rd – DUI – A man was taken into custody for DUI, Possession of Firearm, Evading, Open Container, and Implied consent after police were dispatched to this location on a suspicious vehicle. He was found slumped over the steering wheel in the middle of the road. The man initially fled then abruptly entered a driveway where his access to continue fleeing was taken away.
May 06 – Night Shift
23-005511 – 1000 Bass Pro Drive – Theft in progress – Police were dispatched to the listed location for a theft in progress that was seen on video by loss prevention employees. Police made contact with all four suspects. One was charged appropriately.
23-005517 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – Police responded to this location following a theft. Police spoke with management who told officers a female came into the store and attempted to leave with roughly $17 worth of merchandise. Warrants will be sought upon positive ID of the suspect.
23-005523 – 5400 BLK Oakdale Avenue – Arrest – Police were dispatched to this location in regard to a possible disorder. Officers encountered the suspect who had broken the reporting party’s window. He was taken into custody for Public Intoxication, Resisting stop halt frisk, and Possession of schedule IV.
23-005522 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Drug Possession – Police were patrolling in the area and noticed people loitering outside the motel. One party was found in possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.
23-005525 – 1200 BLK South Seminole Drive – Domestic Assault – Police responded here in reference to a domestic assault between woman and a man. Police found evidence of minor injuries to the woman and the male fled the scene. Warrants are being sought.
May 07 – Day Shift
23-005541-1400 BLK Mack Smith Road- Suspicious Activity- Officers were dispatched for suspicious activity. The complainant stated four males pulled up to his truck. One male exited the vehicle and began to speak with him. The male then demanded the complainant follow them to the nearest ATM to retrieve money for them. The reporting party stated that he, in defense to the perceived threat, brandished a firearm. The male reentered the SUV and the suspects fled the area. There is no suspect information at this time.
May 07 – Night Shift
23-005556 -500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorder/Arrest – Police responded to this location regarding a disorder. Police were approached by a woman who was acting irate. While talking to management it was fond that the woman was mad about her drink being thrown away. Management did place a refund but she was still irate. The woman continued yelling and cursing loudly on the patio of the restaurant causing a scene. She was placed into custody for Disorderly Conduct.
23 –005560 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – AOA — Police were conducting a park and walk around a motel when they smelled a strong odor of Marijuana. Police made consensual contact with a party. During the investigation it was found that he had an active Sessions warrant out of Hamilton County. He was arrested and taken to Silverdale Detention Center.
May 8- Day Shift
23-005568- 1700 BLK Small Street- Found Property- Police arrived on scene and spoke with the reporting party. The reporting party was on scene renovating the residence for the property owner and located a firearm. The firearm was run through NCIC and determined to not be stolen. The firearm belongs to the previous tenant and no information is available. Police placed the firearm into property and evidence for safekeeping.
23-005571- 5700 BLK Ringgold Road- Arrest/Domestic Assault- A man was arrested and charged with public intoxication following a domestic assault investigation.
23-05577- 5400 BLK Marion Avenue- Drug Paraphernalia- The complainant told police he sometimes lets the suspect use his Ford Station Wagon to go to work. Several days ago the complainant found narcotics and paraphernalia in his car, presumably belonging to his suspect. Property was turned over to ERPD for disposal.
23-005581- 1500 BLK John Ross Road- AOA- Police responded with ERFD on a house fire at this location. On scene the resident had already exited the house. The Fire Department was able to extinguish the blaze.
May 8- Night Shift
23-005583 – 400 BLK McBrien Road – Arrest-other – Police responded here regarding suspicious activity. Police arrested two people for public intoxication. One was also charged with shoplifting from the retail store. Both were criminally trespassed from the store.
23-005591 – 5300 BLK Connell Street – Noise Complaint – Officers checked the area regarding a barking dog at an unknown residence. Officers were unable to locate a dog and did not hear any active barking.
23-005597 – 1100 BLK South Seminole Drive – Domestic Assault – A man was taken into custody following two calls for domestic disorders involving two family members.
23-005602 – 800 BLK Poindexter Ave – Burglary – Police took a burglary report. A suspect entered the home and stole several items. CID was notified and a report was completed.
