The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
May 26 Day Shift
723 Maryland Circle- Vehicle Burglary-
Upon arrival police spoke to Robert Davis. He advised he left his Glock Gen 5 9 mm (Serial BZFB858) and a pink Ruger LCP .380 (unknown serial number) in the center console of his vehicle. Davis advised sometime between 2200 hours last night and 8:30 this morning an unknown suspect entered his unlocked vehicle and took his guns. The Glock was entered into NCIC and the Ruger will be entered later.
3802 Kingwood Circle- Vehicle Burglary-
The reporting party said that an unknown suspect entered his vehicle and took his property without his consent. The victim stated that the incident occurred sometime between 0600 on May 25 and 0600 May 26 based on his use of the truck in that time frame. The victim stated that he went out to the truck on the morning of May 26 and found that someone had entered it, opened his glove box and center console, and took a backpack he stored in the vehicle. The victim described the backpack as a small blue and gray bag containing several miscellaneous items to include flashlights.
Ridgeside-
Several vehicles entered overnight in Ridgeside. All victims declined to file reports.
4337 Duval Street- Vehicle Burglary-
The resident called to report an unknown suspect entered his vehicle last night and took his Smith & Wesson .380 caliber handgun. He requested his residence be put on the watch list. The gun was entered in NCIC.
5319 Ringgold Road (Family Dollar)- Disorder/Mental Health Consumer-
The caller advised an unknown male entered her parked vehicle and refused to get out. Upon arrival police encountered the male subject inside the vehicle. Upon checking his information, he was found to be a missing person out of Walker County. He was turned over to his family.
3613 Phelps Street- Disorder/Assault-
Three women were involved in a disorder where one was injured. Upon arrival all parties were separated. All declined prosecution. The injured woman was transported to seek medical attention.

Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Warrant served for resisting stop, halt, and frisk on Michael Pantages who was already in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
4320 Bennett Road (HCDE-Curtis Adams Building) / Alarm:
Police responded to front door motion at the Curtis Adam Art Center Building twice. Building was checked secure and responsible notified to reset audible alarm.
3918 Bennett Rd/ Fight:
Police were called to this location, in reference to an active fight. Upon arrival police did not observe an active fight but located Justin Mcclendon hiding in a ditch, behind this address. Mr. Mcclendon had active warrants through Hamilton County. The homeowner at this address told police Mr. Mcclendon was involved in a disorder with several individuals but refused to give their names.
6674 Ringgold Rd (OYO Hotel)/ Supplement report:
Police obtained more evidence, of last night’s assault at this location. Report filed.
S Germantown/Found child:
Police found a juvenile female walking on South Germantown Road past curfew. The juvenile told police she was going to the store and her mother did not know she left the house. Police returned the child to her home on Dunlap Street. The juveniles mother took possession of the child.
5313 State Line Road/Domestic Assault:
Selena Ann Pineda was arrested for throwing a pot of hotdogs on her husband.
5313 Stateline Rd. / Disorder:
Police responded to this location after receiving a call from a neighbor about a man yelling for help. When police arrived on scene Louis Pineda was found locked in the bathroom screaming for help. Police spoke with Pineda and determined he was afraid of his wife’s dog which had previously bitten several people.
5313 Stateline Rd / Domestic:
Police responded to this location after a neighbor called in and stated they could hear a male screaming for help. When police arrived, the male party was heard screaming for help, however the house was secured from the inside. Police forced entry into the residence and found Louis Pineda inside the bathroom hysterically crying and screaming for help. After speaking to Louis and Selena Pineda they were both taken into custody for Domestic Assault.
1410 Mack Smith Road / Disorder:
Earl Weaver was arrested for Vandalism after damaging a hotel door by attempting to kick it in.
5301 Ringgold Road / Theft:
Stacey Crofts was arrested for shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine after stealing cosmetic items while police were on scene for a business check.
