The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
May 18 Day Shift
22-007007- 941 Spring Creek Road- Mental Health-
The caller requested police assistance with getting a patient into the hospital for an evaluation. On scene police were able to talk the patient into going inside.
22-007011- 5512 Ringgold Road- Suspicious People-
The caller advised of a homeless person loitering on the property. On scene police encountered Stephanie Burke. She was found to have an extraditable warrant out of Catoosa County. She was transported to Silverdale.
22-007014- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-
Aaron Foskey was served an East Ridge warrant and transported to Silverdale.
22-007019- 1221 East Main Street- Warrant Service-
Tyrance Tory was arrested at child support court and transported to Silverdale where he was served with East Ridge warrants.
22-007021- 941 Spring Creek Road- Miscellaneous-
The caller advised a patient left the hospital AMA with an IV still in her arm. She entered an unknown vehicle and left the area in an unknown direction. There is no information on the patient.

Night Shift
(22-007038) – 4150 Ringgold Road (Walmart) / Public Intoxication –
Police were called for a backup EMS at this location. Once on scene, police met with the reporting party who was highly intoxicated. Police found 4 vodka bottles in his vehicle, 3 in which had been consumed. The reporting party was taken to the hospital to be treated for his level of intoxication. Warrants are being sought for Public Intoxication.
Springvale Park/Narcotics violation, warrant service:
A consensual encounter was made with a suspicious vehicle in the park. The passenger of the vehicle, Michael Eades, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and had two outstanding warrants out of East Ridge. Eades was transported to Silverdale. (22-007060)
1417 Mack Smith Rd/Criminal Trespass, warrant service:
Units responded to the East Ridge retirement home to remove a subject who was not supposed to be on the premises. The subject in question was identified as Samanth Ermer. Ermer was criminally trespassed from the premise and also found to have outstanding warrants out of Catoosa. Ermer was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale.(22-007039)
1410 Mack Smith (Disorder 22-007035):
Police responded to the Budgetel Inn regarding a disorder between two females. Upon arrival, police spoke with Tanesha Brown and another woman, who were in a verbal altercation over the retrieval of Brown’s belongings from a room. The other woman advised that during the altercation Brown made threats of physical violence toward her. After speaking with a witness and reviewing security camera footage, Brown was placed into custody for simple assault. Brown was subsequently charged with criminal trespassing after being previously trespassed from the property earlier in the week for making threats against security.
4214 Ringgold Road (Identity Theft 22-007069):
The reporting party contacted police after an unknown individual used a phishing scheme to gain access to her Instagram account. The individual then locked the reporting party out of her account, modified her username, and began messaging other individuals in an attempt to use the same scheme. The phishing scheme was to gain access to someone’s profile through a link in an Instagram message by tricking the person into thinking they’re making money with Bitcoin. A report is on file for the incident.
(22-007072) 4200 Ringgold Rd. / Stolen Auto:
CPD originally asked us to BOLO for a black Ford Flex that they were actively tracking in the area of 4400 Maryland Drive. Officers witnessed the vehicle pulling from Marlboro Ave. onto Ringgold Rd. a stop was initiated, and the vehicle fled and pulled into oncoming traffic westbound and posed a danger to oncoming traffic. Officers continued to pursue the vehicle until CPD advised that they only wanted it because it was stolen. At this time, ERPD terminated the pursuit.
1511 Rebecca Drive / Suspicious Activity:
Police were called by a resident who stated a male and female were going through the apartment’s private dumpster and she was worried that they were going to take mail that she had just thrown away. Upon arrival, the caller advised the two parties had just left and were now across the street at Family Dollar. Police made contact with the parties, which were identified as Brian B. and Rachel Stephens. Stephens was found to have an extraditable warrant out of Catoosa County. She was transported to Silverdale. The field interview was completed. (22-007046)
1301 Greens Lake Road/Drugs(22-007050)
Ronald Nichols was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and driving on revoked for DUI.
1410 Mack Smith Road/FI(22-007062)
Security Staff witnessed a female engaged in a sexual act with a male in a silver Toyota Tacoma in the parking lot. Police located the female walking down the road. Police encountered the male subject in the parking lot of the East Ridge Residence. Security advised they wanted both subjects criminally trespassed from the property.
