May 17 Day Shift
4500 block Bennett Road (overdose):
Several callers advised seeing an unconscious male lying on the ground next to a car in the driveway. Officers located a male subject slumped over on the ground next to a car that had lost its front right tire. Several doses of Narcan were administered with the suspected narcotic being fentanyl. The male subject regained consciousness and was transported to Parkridge East. (21-006804)
607 Marlboro Avenue (found property):
The resident at this address found a DL wrapped in a pack of miscellaneous paperwork lying in his yard. The items were placed into P&E. (21-006822)
961 Spring Creek Road (suspicious person):
Callers reported a white male asleep in his truck behind the medical office. Officers arrived and spoke with a man behind the wheel who was waiting on his wife who had a doctor’s appointment. (21-006824)
1518 Prigmore Road (domestic assault):
A female subject ran across the street to a neighbor after being assaulted repeatedly by her ex-boyfriend, Hector Martinez. Martinez, who is readily identifiable by a large number of facial tattoos, pursued her across the street with a hammer and attempted to get into the neighbor’s house. The beatings started the night before when he took her phone away to keep her from calling 911. The victim was transported to an area hospital. (21-006828)
1300 Spring Creek Road (well-being check):
Police were called to check on a wheelchair bound man who appeared to be attempting to flag down passing motorists. Contact was made with the man, a displaced Patten Towers resident, who was trying to go to Brainerd Road. Police transported him to Brainerd Road. (21-006815)
6511 Slater Road (burglary):
An employee with Crazy Daisy arrived at work this morning to find the glass broken out of the store’s front door. The store’s cash register and $100 cash were taken. The business was open yesterday until 6:00 p.m. (21-006813)
6674 Ringgold Road (theft):
The complainant discovered her tag, TN 5V17F2, missing from her Kia Sorrento which had been parked at the Roadway Inn. (21-006820)

Night Shift
601 Walnut (Warrant Arrest 21-006841):
Malcomb Johnson was arrested on East Ridge warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.
6650 Ringgold Rd (Mental Health 21-006857):
Officers responded to reports of a female in mental health crisis. Police eventually located the subject in the parking lot of Wendy’s. She was detained for her own protection and transported to the hospital by police.
4100 block East Ridge Ave (Miscellaneous 21-006890):
A resident of the street voiced displeasure that officers would not provide her private security as she walked her dog.
4200 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-0065866):
Officers responded to reports of an aggravated assault. The caller stated he was in a road rage incident where a male had pointed a firearm at him. Officers located the vehicle on Navajo Dr occupied by 3 adult males and 2 juvenile males. Officers made contact with the driver and front seat passenger initially. The passenger, a juvenile, became combative with police and refused to follow verbal commands. The juvenile assaulted police and refused to be detained. He was tased and placed into a patrol vehicle. While in the vehicle he began kicking the door and rear window causing damage to the door. He was taken to juvenile detention and charged with resisting arrest, assault on police, and vandalism. The driver was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.
