Charles Jackson was arrested at this location on a full extradition warrant out of Alabama and possession of meth.
3657 Ringgold Rd-
Staff at Cascades advised an unknown party that was staying in room 71, left a firearm in the room after checking out. Firearm was recovered and placed into property/evidence.
6401 Ringgold Rd-
Ivan Hairston was arrested at this location following a traffic stop for narcotics charges.

March 04 – Night Shift
22-003037 / Field Interview / Warrant Service –
Kayla Johnston was arrested at 6500 Ringgold Road on active Red Bank warrants.
22-003049: 6514 Ringgold Rd/Narcotics Arrest/Warrant Service x2:
A suspicious subject was seen to the rear of the Mapco. A consensual encounter was initiated, and he was identified as Miguel Gonzales. Gonzales admitted to having cocaine on his person (2 grams) and was also found to have a warrant out of Catoosa. Gonzales admitted to having paraphernalia in his room at the Waverly (117). Contact was made at the room with Alexis Brown, who was also found to have an active warrant out of Catoosa. Both parties were transported to Silverdale.
1410 Mack Smith Road / Domestic Assault:
A 14-year-old female juvenile was taken into custody after police were called for a disorder. It was found that the juvenile had gotten into an argument with her mother and then attacked her by throwing a lamp at her, which hit her in the face, causing injury. (22-003051)
John Ross at Close Rd- suspicious vehicle-
Caller reported a Red Honda Shadow parked near the intersection. The tag was checked for stolen. It appears to be broken down.
6708 Ringgold Road / SIA:
Police observed a male party who appeared to be intoxicated, stumbling while walking and yelling. Police made contact with Michael Martin, who smelled of an alcoholic beverage and was unsteady on his feet while talking with police. Police found an open container of alcohol next to Martin’s items which were scattered in the parking lot of Circle K and on the sidewalk. Martin was placed into custody for public intoxication. Prior to being placed in the police car, Martin made threats towards the police and was subsequently charged with retaliation for past actions.
201 Eads St / Burglary in Progress:
Police responded to the 201 Eads St. main office building regarding a burglary in progress after a male party was seen breaking into the main office through a window. Upon arrival, police observed one of the front windows busted out, and the screen had been cut off. Police searched the wooded area next to the complex after the reporting party advised to have observed the male party enter the woods upon hearing police sirens. Police searched the wooded area but were unable to locate in suspects. Prior to arrival, police observed a black Chrysler 300 parked near the bottom of the intersection of Eads St. and Beulah Dr. facing east. Upon clearing the scene, the reporting party stated his friend who lives in the area observed a male enter the Chrysler 300 after police arrived and left the scene.

March 05 – Day Shift
22-003059- 323 Camp Jordan Parkway- Suspicious People-
The caller advised homeless people were loitering at the pavilion. On scene police advised the individuals to leave the area.
22-003062- 3339 Ringgold Road- Theft-
The caller advised an unknown suspect took tools from his vehicle. On arrival police met with the victim. He advised sometime between 3/4/22 around 1800 hours and 3/5/22 around 0900 hours a white enclosed trailer with NC plate AJ-80463 had been broken into and multiple tools were taken. At this time the victim could not provide police with a list of items but did agree to email police a list of items with make, model, description, and serial number where available. The trailer itself had no damage to it. The victim noted the trailer was left locked. The lock had been cut and was not found on scene.
22-003069- 623 Camp Jordan Parkway- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a homeless male loitering on the property. On scene the male was advised to leave the property.
22-003074- 707 South Germantown Road- Unknown 911-
Dispatch advised of a phase two 911 call coming from this location. On scene police found the church was having a charity event. No emergencies located.
22-003075- 3712 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a male dumpster diving behind the business. On scene police checked the area but the male had already left.
22-003077- 4400 Vester Lane- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised of juveniles riding a four-wheeler in the neighborhood. On scene police spoke with the juveniles and advised them not to ride in the street.
22-003078- 3100 Ringgold Road- Road Rage/Arrest-
Three males were arrested following a road rage incident. The charges were DUI and drinking underage. All three were transported to Silverdale without incident.

22-003087: Altamaha @ Sunny Dell Lane/Narcotics Arrest:
Officers observed a vehicle involved in short-term traffic in the area. A traffic stop for driving behavior was initiated, and the driver was identified as Jeremy Shaw. Shaw was found to have 4.5 ounces of methamphetamine (126 grams) hidden on his person. Furthermore, a search of the vehicle yielded U.S Currency ($1,097.00), baggies, digital scales, and items consistent with distribution.
1417 St. Thomas St / Suspicious vehicle:
Police observed a red Pontiac Firebird occupied by five parties sitting in the parking lot of the Motel 6. Police made contact with the occupants of the vehicle, Jacob Adkins and four other individuals, including a juvenile. A K9 was called to the scene and alerted to the vehicle. Located in the vehicle were 83.7 grams of marijuana, a silver digital scale, and several clear plastic bags. Adkins was taken into custody for possession of marijuana for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. (22-000990)
5700 Ringgold Rd. / Traffic Stop:
Edger Zuniga was cited for simple possession following a traffic stop at this location.
