March 29-Day Shift
23-003689 – I-75 North Welcome Center – AOA – Chattanooga Police requested ERPD check the Welcome Center and look for a newer blue Toyota Camry on the lot. CPD was out with a female party experiencing a medical event who thought she might have left her vehicle there. The Toyota was found on the lot, secured and in a parking spot. The info was relayed to CPD.
23-003704 – 1000 BLK John Ross Rd – Disorder/Criminal Trespass – Police were dispatched to the property regarding a person who dispatch advised spoke angrily regarding the parties on scene. Police arrived and were advised that the offending party already left. Police were advised she was a tenant of their property and habitually causes a disorder when she shows up. The owner requested for her to be criminally trespassed. Police spoke with her over the phone and issued her a criminal trespass warning.
23-003701- 4400 BLK Bennett Road- Found Property- Officers were dispatched to East Ridge Middle School for found property. The reporting party advised someone had taken his daughter’s phone from her backpack. It was determined the phone was just lost and a juvenile turned it into the school administration.
23-003684—300 BLK Camp Jordan Pkwy—Suspicious Vehicle – Police responded for a red Chevrolet Sonic parked at this location and spoke with the occupants. Parties advised they were homeless and had nowhere else to sleep. Police informed the parties they needed to move on from this location. The parties left without further incident.
23-003707—4214 Ringgold Rd—Warrant Service – Chattanooga PD was out with a wanted woman at 3800 Agawela Dr. Police verified an active warrant for Forfeiture Capias. Chattanooga PD transported her to Silverdale Detention Center where she was served with the warrant.
March 29-Night Shift
23-003739 – 3700 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Following a traffic stop at this location, a man was taken into custody for active Warrants out of the County. He was also issued multiple citations.
23-003722 – 400 South Seminole Drive – Wires Down / MVC – Police responded to this location for a wires down from a motor vehicle crash. Upon investigation police determined the driver of the vehicle struck a pole at the 500 BLK of S. Seminole Drive and continued to the 400 Blk into Chattanooga. The driver was transported by EMS prior to East Ridge Police arrival. Chattanooga recovered drug paraphernalia and turned it over to East Ridge Police.
23-003736 – 1400 BLK Mana Lane – Disorder – Police responded to this location for a disorder between neighbors. Police spoke to the reporting party and they stated that the neighbor broke her window and vandalized her property. The neighbor denied all accusations. Both parties agreed to stay inside and be civil for the night.
23-003720 – 2000 BLK Lee Street – Burglary – Homeowner at this location told police her home had been broken into multiple times since she moved in. Multiple items stolen as well as spray painted obscenities on the rear of the home. Turned over to CID for further investigation.
23-003522 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road – Supplement – The stolen vehicle originally reported under this case number was recovered today by the owner. The vehicle was removed from NCIC.
23-003733 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Arrest – A man was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest at this location for possession of stolen registration plates.
23-003742 – 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Alarm – Police responded to this location for a burglar alarm. It was the cleaning crew once again.
23-003732 – 6600 BLK Hilton Drive – DUI- Police responded in the area of a reckless driver and a truck stuck in the ditch. The driver was asleep at the wheel. The driver was subsequently charged with DUI, Possession of Schedule II, and Drug Paraphernalia.
23-003741 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Rd – SIA / Arrest – Police were in the parking lot and noticed a driver slumped over the wheel. He was found in possession of fentanyl. His girlfriend was later found in the store and was arrested for Possession with intent to resale Meth and Fentanyl.
