The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
March 21 Day Shift
3725 Fountain Avenue (harassment):
The complainant contacted police after her estranged boyfriend and child’s father, Charles Alexander, showed up unexpectedly at her door this morning. She refused to let him in because he has been stealing her mail and other documentation. He continues to call and text her threatening to mail her items that might get her in trouble or using the information he has stolen to discredit or steal from her. (22-003899)
5080 S. Terrace (suspicious person):
Officers located a homeless person sleeping in one of the theater exit alcoves. Officers spoke with William Lockhart, who initially tried using his dead brother’s ID. A check for warrants revealed several out of General Sessions. Lockhart was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale. (22-003906)
3423 Missionaire Avenue (property damage):
A witness observed a silver Dodge Ram almost collide with her car and then roll backwards down Missionaire Avenue. The truck veered into a driveway and struck a mailbox, and a large garbage can. Police were unable to make contact with anyone at the home at the time. (22-003916)
5330 Ringgold Road (homeless camp):
Honda Power Sports is requesting extra patrol through the back lot. They have found evidence of homeless people sleeping behind the back building and crossing from Karwill Lane into the parking lot. They have previously discovered a side of the building pulled away as well. (22-003902)

Night Shift
1109 McBrien Road (Shots Fired 22-003928):
Police responded to the area for multiple complaints about gunshots. On scene officers were unable to locate the source. Day shift responded to the same area for the same call type earlier on this date.
3657 Ringgold Road (Traffic Stop/Felony Evading 22-003941):
Police observed a red Volkswagen passenger car, bearing registration TN 1W81J3, leave the Cascades with a broken tail light. Officers attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle but the driver, a male subject , accelerated and continued west on Ringgold Road. Police terminated the attempted stop and allowed the vehicle to safely flee.
3657 Ringgold Road (Arrest/Warrant Service 22-003942):
Upon returning to the Cascade’s, it was determined the above vehicle that fled belonged to a party in room 36. Contact was made with Jade Case who stated her friend, “Van Brown”, was driving the vehicle. Case was found to have an outstanding warrant through Fort Oglethorpe. She was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale.
1500 block Karwill Ln (Domestic Assault 22-003940):
Police responded to a delayed assault. The victim informed police that her boyfriend, James Sharp, had assaulted her and damaged property inside the home. Sharp was gone when officers arrived. Warrants were sought for Sharp’s arrest.
