The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
March 20 – Day Shift
21-003732- 300 block Windmere Road- Suicidal Threats:
A call was received regarding a request for police assistance with a male subject. The caller advised that the male subject was intoxicated and threatening to kill himself. While police were en route the man left the residence in a 1980s black convertible but returned before officer arrival. Once on scene,the man attempted to leave again and struck a patrol unit. He was removed from the vehicle and after a short tussle he was detained. EMS responded and checked on the male subject. He was cleared for transport and taken to 601. He was charged with Aggravated Assault and resisting arrest.

March 20 – Night Shift
6600 Ringgold Rd (Crash/Arrest 21-003747):
While conducting a traffic crash investigation at this location it was learned a passenger in one of the vehicles had outstanding warrants for her arrest. The driver of the vehicle at fault was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving while suspended.
919 Geswein Ct (Arrest 21-0037487):
Joseph Plank was taken into custody on warrants for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
S Germantown/S Terrace (Assist CPD/DUI 21-003773):
East Ridge Police observed a silver Chevrolet Cruze traveling westbound on South Terrace towards Germantown in the eastbound travel lanes. Police stopped the vehicle in the intersection of S Germantown and S Terrace due to safety concerns. CPD responded and arrested Ramel Koons for DUI and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Alyecia Owens was arrested for DUI by consent.
4000 Ringgold Road (DUI 21-003757):
Police observed a vehicle slowly proceed through a red light and drift into oncoming lanes of traffic. Police arrested the driver, Nicholas Henderson, for DUI.
4396 Greenbriar Rd (DUI 21-003755):
Betty Mullis was taken into custody for DUI during a traffic stop.
5373 Reneau Way Auto theft 21-003763):
The resident called to report that she left the keys in the door of her 2004 GMC Sierra (GA tag RRF8536) and it had been stolen. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.
5373 ReneauWay (Theft from Vehicle 21-003765):
The complainant was at this address during the previous call and advised that his Glock 42 was stolen from his center console. His vehicle was also unlocked.
5301 Ringgold Road (Theft 21-003752):
An unidentified black female entered the store and shoplifted $84 worth of beer and diapers. Management stated that they would prosecute, due to the fact that this same female steals from the store frequently. Warrants pending suspect identification.

March 21 – Day Shift
21-003776- 3600 block Ida Belle Lane- Disorder/Violation Ex Parte Order of Protection:
A female subject called this morning to advise Wensdy Griffith was outside her residence yelling at the house. On arrival officers contacted Griffith and took her into custody for violation of an order of protection. Griffith was transported to 601.
21-003781- 3709 Ringgold Road (H&R Block)- Pan Handler:
The caller advised of a black male in the parking lot bothering customers and refusing to leave. On arrival the male was advised to move along.
No number assigned- 941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge Hospital)- Stabbing:
The hospital called to report a stab victim in the emergency room. On arrival police spoke to the victim and determined the incident occurred in Georgia off of Lakeview Drive. Catoosa County was notified.
21-003785- 3100 Ringgold Road (Tunnels)- Truck Stuck:
The caller advised of an eighteen-wheeler stuck at the tunnels. On arrival officers assisted the truck in turning around and issued the driver a citation.

March 21 – Night Shift
1417 St Thomas St (Assault in Progress 21-003795):
Police responded to reports of an assault in progress, a male attacking a female in the parking lot of Motel 6. Police arrived on scene and made contact with parties in room 139. Officers spoke with a female, Kiara Carson, who denied any involvement in an assault. Carson did not initially wish to identify herself stating she had warrants and didn’t want police to know her identity. She immediately attempted to flee back into the room. She resisted officers, assaulted police, was tased and taken into custody. A warrants check on a male party revealed no active warrants. Watkins denied any assault had taken place.
4307 Fountain Ave (Disorder 21-003799):
Police responded to yet another disorder between Elizabeth Clark and her husband, Justin Clark. Neighbors reported Elizabeth was screaming and yelling in the front yard. Both parties were intoxicated and would not cooperate with officers. They were told to go into the residence and be quiet or they would receive citations for violating the noise ordinance.
Police made a return trip to 4307 Fountain Ave. approximately 45 minutes later for more complaints about Elizabeth screaming and running in and out of the residence. As police arrived on scene the front door slammed shut and parties inside initially refused to answer the door. Eventually a very intoxicated Justin Clark answered. It was noticed at this time there were two young children in the residence. Both adults were observed by police to be unable to care for the children in their current state. Justin denied police access to the children and shut the door. Officers kept observation on the residence while CPS was contacted. While officers were awaiting CPS the children fled the home. The children were taken into custody by their grandmother just as CPS was arriving on scene. Police were able to establish strained dialogue with Justin Clark who continued to deny police access to his home and refused to let his wife speak to or come out to police. Roughly two hours into the interaction police were able to remove Elizabeth Clark from the front doorway and Justin Clark was tased as he attempted to flee further into the residence. Both parents are charged with Child Neglect and Aggravated Child Neglect. Justin is additionally charged with Domestic Assault.
4222 Ringgold Road(Warrant Service 21-003803):
Tami Lamore was arrested for a Hamilton County warrant during a traffic stop at this location.
I75 South/Ringgold Rd (Crash 21-003819):
An SUV traveling east on Interstate 24 struck a barrier wall and continued south on I-75. The vehicle continued striking barrels and dragging them south until striking a CWM Contractor work vehicle. The SUV then rolled before coming to rest in the center lane. The driver and passenger of the SUV were transported to Erlanger Hospital. An employee of CWM was also transported by EMS. I-75 South at Ringgold Rd was completely shut down from 03:50-05:30.
