Day Shift March 13
25-002609 – 1600 BLK Sunray Drive – Disorder – Police responded to this address after a mother became upset after finding a man unknown to her in her young adult daughter’s bedroom. Prior to police arrival the male exited the area with haste. Police canvassed the area but were unable to locate anyone matching his description.
25-002620 – I-75 Northbound MM 354 – ERPD responded to a multi vehicle crash involving injuries just south of the East Ridge on 75 NB. ERPD stood by until Catoosa and GSP arrived on scene.
25-002618-5500 BLK Ringgold Rd- Disorder – Police responded to the auto parts store on reports of a disorder. Upon arrival, police spoke with the manager of the store who advised a customer attempted to pay with counterfeit money. The officer spoke with the man who advised he had just received the money from an area bank. Police checked the money with a counterfeit pen and found the bills to be legitimate.
25-002622 – 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue – Suspicious Person – Police spoke with the complainant who stated she had entered her vehicle at approximately 0745 hours when she noticed her neighbor was inappropriately touching himself under his clothing. She stated he was in the kitchen, but he made it more obvious when he noticed she was in her vehicle. The complainant wanted to document the incident.
25-002616 – 5700 BLK Roper Street– Warrant Service/Arrest – Officers executed an arrest warrant for Domestic Assault. The subject was transported to jail without incident.
Night Shift March 13
25-002631 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Pkwy – Found Property – A manager located a black backpack containing a loaded Glock 43 handgun in the Lost and Found. The firearm had a chambered round along with six rounds in the magazine. The firearm and backpack were turned into ERPD Property Room for safekeeping. The firearm had not been reported stolen, and the owner is unknown.
25-002637 – 900 BLK S. Seminole Drive– Warrant Service – Police arrested a man at his residence for an active warrant through the City of East Ridge. The charge on the arrest warrant was for Assault. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail without further incident.
25-002652 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service Hold – The Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman for four arrest warrants through the City of East Ridge. A Hold was sent to the Whitfield County Jail. The charges on the warrants were Aggravated Burglary, Domestic Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Driving on a Revoked License.
25-002659 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Neighborhood Checks – ERPD units saturated the neighborhood areas near Spring Creek Road, McBrien Road, and S Moore Road after the Chattanooga Police Department reported several vehicle burglaries near Brainerd Road. Nothing significant was found in East Ridge and Police maintained a presence through the early morning. Reference CPD report 25-0021157.
CPD 25-021157 – 200 BLK Hunt Avenue, Chattanooga – Attempted Vehicle Burglary – The Chattanooga Police Department received multiple calls concerning two males running through yards in the areas of Hunt Avenue and Spring Creek Road. One reporting party stated the two suspects attempted to break into his vehicle but ran away when he confronted them. The suspects were reported to be wearing black and gray clothing.
