Day Shift February 5
25-001298-1300 BLK Green Lake Road- Disorder/ indecent exposure – The same party from the 4100 BLK of Bennet Road went to the corner store across the street and was asked to leave. He then went to the rear of the business and the neighboring house had juveniles playing in the yard. The juveniles and parents stated that the man exposed himself in view of the three juveniles.
Night Shift February 5
25-001303 – 4000 BLK Bennett Road – Suspicious Person – Police responded to a suspicious male sitting on a porch with no shirt. Police identified him as the man encountered twice during dayshift and conducted a Field Interview. He was negative for warrants and cooperated for the interview.
25-001304 – 4000 BLK Bennett Road – Disorder – The party was arrested on four counts of Indecent Exposure involving juveniles after returning to the scene of the incident less than three hours after the crime occurred. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail where he was held on a $100k bond.
25-001305 – 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street – Suspicious Activity – An officer observed a male sitting in a vehicle outside of the motel. Upon approaching the vehicle, the driver attempted to quickly exit, and police smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. After conducting a probable cause search of the vehicle, police seized 14.7 grams of marijuana and multiple items of drug paraphernalia. The marijuana and paraphernalia were seized for destruction, and the occupant was released after receiving a verbal reprimand.
25-001312 – 4300 BLK Ringgold RD – Unconscious – A woman was found unconscious in her vehicle. After officers spoke with her it was determined that it was a result of a medical issue. The party had a responsible party come and pick her up for the night.
25-001313 – 1400 BLK Spring Creek Road – Suspicious Vehicle – Police responded to a suspicious vehicle parked outside a business after business hours. They conducted a field interview with the driver of a white 2020 Chrysler 300 with dark window tint. The driver was negative for warrants, but he was resistant to answering basic questions and refused consent for a search of his vehicle.
25-001314 – 1600 BLK S Seminole – Miscellaneous – The resident stated she received a spam phone call around five days ago, also stating that while she was asleep, she believed that a person or her caregiver entered her home and moved her phone cord, the towel next to her bed, and messed with something on her phone and TV. She stated she would call back later when officers could come by and observe the items that were messed with.
25-001315 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity / Arrest – Police observed two individuals sitting in a white Chrysler 200 in the parking lot of a hotel. Upon approaching the vehicle, the driver opened the door, and the officer smelled the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Additionally, the officer observed drug paraphernalia in plain view. He was taken into custody for public intoxication, possession of a handgun while under the influence, simple possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
