Day Shift February 19
25-001804- 3600 BLK Shirl Jo Ln– Delayed Assault – Police spoke with a party via telephone to take report of a delayed assault. He stated that around 0100 hours on Tuesday, while at his neighbor’s house and drinking, a verbal altercation occurred. The caller alleged that a suspect spit in his face during the incident. Officers attempted to contact the suspect without success. The allegations remain unfounded, and no warrants are being pursued currently.
25-001806-5700 BLK Ringgold Road- Property recovery – Police were dispatched to a report that an individual had taken keys from a household and went to Groome’s transportation with the said keys. It was determined that the reporting party resided in Chattanooga and was referred to the Chattanooga Police Department to file theft charges.
Night Shift February 19
25-001814-500 BLK Sharondale Rd- Suspicious Person – There was a report of two males walking with ski masks, but no one was located.
25-001816-1200 BLK John Ross Rd-Disorder- The resident of the listed address reported a male being at her door and refusing to leave. When police arrived, it was determined the male was a civil process server, who was there to serve papers to the resident. The resident was served with the documents and the male left the residence.
25-001819 -601 Justice Way- Warrant Service – A man was served two East Ridge warrants at Hamilton County Jail. First was a Forfeiture Capias for DUI, and second was a failure to appear.
25-001820-10 BLK Franklin Place-Disorder – Police responded to the listed address because a resident reported her neighbor was sitting in her driveway repeatedly blowing the car horn. When police arrived on scene it was found the two parties were relatives and had a verbal disagreement regarding the trash can not being placed by the road. The two parties were advised to separate for the evening.
25-001822-3500 BLK Claremont Dr-Civil Matter – A father reported his adult daughter was “sneaking out” late at night. The father said he was displeased with her actions and wanted something done. Police explained that she was an adult and free to do as she pleased. Officers told the father if he wanted her out of the house he would have to file for an eviction.
25-001824 -601 Justice Way- Warrant Service – A woman was served an East Ridge warrant at Hamilton County Jail. The warrant was a Forfeiture Capias for driving on revoked.
