Day Shift February 12
25-001555 – 1200 BLK S Seminole Drive – Check Hazard – Police were called to check on a pothole that grew exponentially due to the rain. Police closed the road down while streets department evaluated the situation. Street Department shut down NB lane of S Seminole, leaving SB lane open for one-way travel.
25-001566 – 3600 BLK Indian Trail – Unconscious Person – Police were dispatched to the residence above for a party that was unresponsive. Upon arrival the patient was awake but appeared weak. ERFD and EMS arrived to evaluate the patient.
25-001565 – 1500 BLK Rebecca Drive– Theft – A woman reported an unauthorized transaction on a joint bank account she shares with her daughter. She believed her daughter’s friend is responsible for the theft but did not provide proof corroborating her allegations. A warrant for Theft of Property will be sought pending identification of the suspect and proof of a crime.
Night Shift February 12
25-001585 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity / Arrest – An ERPD CSU Investigator observed a suspicious person outside the inn and requested assistance from patrol. The suspicious person was identified, and police determined he had two active warrants through Hamilton County. Upon further investigation, officers found he was in possession of a stolen Honda Civic. Inside the stolen vehicle, police located a stolen Taurus handgun, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Methamphetamine for Resale, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
25-001581 – 1600 BLK S. Seminole Drive – Suspicious Person – Several individuals reported seeing a male in a flannel shirt walking through yards and around homes. Police checked the area, but the suspect was not located.
25-001584 – 6300 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop / Arrest – Following a traffic stop, a party was taken into custody and charged with Driving on a Revoked License for DUI. Police also determined that the temporary registration tag on the vehicle was fake, and he was charged with Altering the Evidence of a Title or Plate.
25-001588 – 1500 BLK Waterhouse Street – Suspicious Activity – Police responded to a Suspicious Activity complaint at the Hamilton County Medic 16 Station. The EMTs left on a call and upon their return, they found someone had tampered with the building. The EMTs found the back door open, the bedroom doors closed, and food items had been partially eaten or moved. The EMTs found nothing taken from the station and Police observed no signs of forced entry.
