Day Shift April 1
25-003424 – 5500 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – The manager of the business reported his company did business with two other companies and believed the companies scammed him of $9,200. Warrants for Theft by Fraud will be sought pending identification of the suspect(s) and proof of the crime.
25-003421 – 6000 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – An anonymous tip led police to the hotel, where a suspect with extraditable warrants out of Catoosa County was located. The subject was placed into custody and transported to Hamilton County without further incident.
Night Shift April 1
25-003430 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service – While in custody at the Hamilton County Jail, a woman was served with a Failure to Appear arrest warrant through the City of East Ridge. The original charge for the court case was Driving Under the Influence.
25-003431 – 1517 Tombras Avenue – Warrant Service – A woman was arrested at the East Ridge City Court on a Forfeiture Capias. The original charge on the capias warrant was Driving on a Revoked License. Krause was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
25-003433 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Found Property – Police responded to the report of backpack sitting near a restaurant parking lot. An officer located the backpack and found it was filled with miscellaneous items. The backpack was placed in the ERPD Property and Evidence Room for safekeeping.
25-003438 – 5400 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop/ Assist Other Agency Arrest – During a routine traffic stop, a man was taken into custody for a Felony Probation warrant through Catoosa County. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
25-003447 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant service / Assist Other Agency Arrest – Police observed a suspicious vehicle outside the gas station and found a man and woman occupying it. Police determined that one had a Forfeiture Capias warrant through the City of East Ridge, with an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Police also found that the other had a Probation Violation warrant through Catoosa County. Both were arrested and transported to Hamilton County Jail.
