The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
June 04 – Day Shift
4112 Ringgold Road (search warrant):
A search warrant executed on Anthony Barker’s Nissan van resulted in the collection of drug paraphernalia indicating the sale of narcotics. Barker left his vehicle at O’Reilly’s when he ran from police last Tuesday. Barker, who is still at large, faces several warrants as a result. (22-007686)

June 04 – Night Shift
Assist other Agency:
Because of a mass shooting on McCallie Blvd in Chattanooga, and their manpower being tied up during the aftermath. CPD requested assistance with calls for service. ERPD responded to a number of calls during the early morning hours of Sunday in Chattanooga in an effort to aid CPD.
3900 block Juniper Street (AOA Domestic Disorder 22-007919):
Officers were dispatched to this address to assist CPD while they were busy with multiple people shot. On scene police observed an assault in progress and heard screams for officers not to leave. Police forced entry into the residence and detained a female without further incident. She was turned over to CPD who responded to the scene as soon as a CPD unit was available.
3805 Ringgold Road (Disorder 22-0078970):
Police responded to Amigo in response to customers refusing to pay. Upon arrival police discovered the customers had consumed food brought to them by mistake, and did not believe they should pay for it. They were advised next time not to eat the food if they are not going to pay, and the issue was resolved by them paying.
3657 Ringgold Road (Overdose 22-007916):
Police were dispatched to Cascades in reference to a drug overdose. Upon arrival officers administered Narcan to the unconscious female who later regained consciousness and was transported by EMS to Parkridge East.
1410 Mack Smith Rd ( Backup Fire 22-007887)
Police and fire responded to a fire alarm at this location and observed light smoke coming from room 2119. Inside room 2119, firefighters observed a cardboard box on top of a burning stove that seemed to be the cause of the fire.
4150 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 22-007886):
Police responded to a report of children left in a vehicle unattended. Officers made contact with the children’s mother, Rachel Webster, who was found to have active warrants out of Hamilton County. Webster was taken to jail on her warrants and the children were released to a family member.
941 Spring Creek Rd (Disorder Weapon Involved 22-007896):
Police responded to a report of a male patient threatening hospital staff with a metal pole at Parkridge East. On arrival the victim declined to press charges against the male.
4101 Ringgold Rd (Evading/Narcotics 22-007910):
Police attempted to make contact with a suspicious male party walking from the Paniagua car lot after hours. The male party ran from officers to an area behind East Ridge Elementary School. After a foot pursuit Jeremy Brister was apprehended. He had active Hamilton County warrants out of Criminal Court. He was taken into custody and additionally charged with Evading Arrest. Upon returning to the playground where he was arrested, police located 1.1 grams of Methamphetamine on the ground. Additional charges will be sought for Possession of Meth and Tampering with Evidence.
1600 Castleberry Ave (Underage DUI 22-007915):
Police stopped a vehicle who was traveling at speeds in excess of 80 MPH on Ringgold Rd. The 17-year-old driver was found to be intoxicated. The driver, who resides at Castleberry Ave, was previously charged with DUI by ERPD in April. Additional juvenile petitions will be taken out on the juvenile.

June 05 – Day Shift
5301 Ringgold Rd./Suspicious Activity:
Passing motorist observed a subject nodding off while sitting in the drive thru line for the pharmacy. Police and EMS responded and discovered the driver and his kids had been out swimming and he was tired. 22-007937
3713 Ringgold Rd./Fight:
A customer at Subway was not happy with her service and tried to start a fight with one of the employees. When that didn’t work, the woman started throwing signs and a chair. One of the employees managed to hold back the enraged customer and her friends, and once police were called the woman and her friends left. Employees declined prosecution but would contact police if the women returned. 22-007938
1410 Mack Smith Road DOA Unknown:
A woman died of a possible overdose. ME and CID are investigating. (22-007921)
1460 Mack Smith Road, Cracker Barrel Theft:
The complainant’s wallet was stolen from her purse while dining and her debit card was fraudulently used at Target (22-007935)
1410 Mack Smith Rd (runaway juvenile):
A woman reported her 12-year-old daughter left their room after an argument and was missing. Due to the environmental factors involving the Budgetel, police, along with ERFD and motel security and staff conducted an extensive search of the property and surrounding area for the juvenile. The child was later discovered to have walked to Bojangles, she was returned to her mother by police. Due to vague allegations made by the child about circumstances in the motel room, a CPS report was filed online. (22-007832)

June 05 – Night Shift
182.2 I-24 West (AOA No Number):
CPD requested an East Ridge unit assist with traffic at this location after two of their patrol units were struck by fast moving traffic in the curve while assisting a motorist. ERPD assisted until the cruisers were removed from the roadway.
5919 Brainerd Rd (AOA No Number):
CPD requested ERPD assist with an assault at this location. Officers arrived to ensure the scene was secure for EMS and held the scene until Chattanooga Units arrived.
941 Spring Creek Rd (22-007956):
Officers responded to a disorderly party at the entrance of Parkridge East Hospital. The disorderly party was gone when police arrived, but he was located sleeping in the grass next to the convenience store across the street. He was given a verbal warning to stay away from the hospital for the remainder of the night.
800 blk S. Moore Rd (DUI/Warrant Svc 22-007952):
Carlo Fallins was arrested for DUI and Possession of Schedule II (Cocaine) following a traffic stop. He was also found to have an active warrant from US Marshals for Probation Violation (Possession of Weapon).
1410 Mack Smith Rd. (Disorder / Trespass 22-007945)
Dereke Smartt and Charteta Burrell were trespassed from this location following a disorder.
300 block Camp Jordan Rd (Assist EMS 22-007965)
Police were called to this location twice for a man who took anxiety medication belonging to his girlfriend. He refused EMS both times. Each time Police responded he was awake and alert.
