The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
June 03– Day Shift
21-007788- 3639 Shirl Jo Lane- Possible Intoxicated Person/Medical Call-
The caller advised of an intoxicated white male in the area. On arrival police found the man suffering from a head injury. Fire and EMS responded and cleared him medically. He was detained and charged with public intoxication.
Warrant Service/Transport-
Phillip Headrick was transported from the Walker County jail to the Hamilton County jail on several East Ridge warrants.
21-007798- 941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a white male in the lot pulling on vehicle door handles. On arrival police checked the parking lots around the hospital. No one was located.
21-007802- 1459 Mack Smith Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a homeless male sleeping on the sidewalk. On arrival police spoke to the male. He was advised to move along.
21-007810- Warrant Service-
Michael Poarch was served East Ridge warrants at New 601.
21-00 7812- Warrant Service-
Robert Thornburg turned himself in at the police department on an East Ridge warrant.

June 03 –Night Shift
21-007841 6400 Ringgold Road / Arrest-other:
Michael Shane Martin was arrested for Public Intoxication after someone called about him throwing things at passing vehicle, swinging around a 2X4, and drinking a 40 ounce beer.
6650 Ringgold Road / Disorder (21-007835):
Naomi Taylor was arrested for criminal impersonation, resisting, and retaliation for past actions after police were called due to her attempting to lure her ex-boyfriend out of his hotel room.
6300 Ringgold Road/Evading:
Police attempted to stop a blue and black motorcycle, it failed to stop, taking off at a high rate of speed eastbound.
941 Spring Creek Road/Drugs/Tampering (21-007839)
Police stopped a white motorcycle in the Parkridge East Hospital parking lot. Before the stop, the rider tossed a small bag of methamphetamine. The driver was identified as Michael Fossett and charged accordingly.
1514 Waterhouse / Property Check:
A resident in the area advised police people have been going into the boarded-up property at this location all night. Police checked the residence and found the back door to have had the barricades removed. Police will continue to monitor the location. (21-007826)
3508 Ringgold Rd / Traffic:
Javoinnie Sims was issued a Misdemeanor Citation for driving on revoked following a traffic stop at this location. (21-007836)
21-007820 6116 Ringgold Road / Intoxicated Person / Arrest:
Matthew Edwards was arrested for public intoxication following an intoxicated person call at this location.
21-007847 6302 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop / Arrest:
Marquice Millsap was arrested for two counts of Possession of SCH II, one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and one count of simple possession of marijuana. James Suggs was arrested for an active Hamilton County Warrant. Ashley Smalls was issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and released from the scene.
3200 Ringgold Road – Arrest – 21-007849 –
Kaitlyn Ritchie was arrested for possession of schedule I and criminal impersonation during a traffic stop at this location.

Eric Clark, Kaleb Clark, and Destiny Dawson were each issued misdemeanor citations for possession of drug paraphernalia. (21-007881)

Police assisted fire with traffic control during a car fire. (21-007866)
5610 Ringgold Road (auto theft):
The sales manager for Easy Auto, reported the theft of a gray 2012 Buick Verano (VIN 1G4PR5SK5C4137458) which was taken by an individual on a test drive on 5/29/21. The vehicle was entered into NCIC. (21-007859)

Domineke Vick was arrested on a variety of traffic related East Ridge warrants. (21-003699)

June 04 – Night Shift
501 S Moore Road (21-007891) Assault/Disorderly –
Darrell Anderson and his girlfriend, Alize Caldwell, were travelling through Chattanooga when a disorder erupted in the vehicle. Anderson stopped the vehicle in OLPH’s parking lot and was assaulted by Caldwell. ERPD arrived to an active disorder between the pair. Anderson became disorderly and resisted officers cuffing him. Caldwell was arrest for Domestic Assault. Anderson was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
1410 Mack Smith Road (21-007898) Assault –
ERPD was dispatched to Budgtel on report of a disorder. Martina Standifer was arrested for Domestic Assault.

Mark Shahan was arrested on Hamilton County warrants for Aggravate Burglary
1510 S Smith Road (21-007900) DUI –
Timothy Russell was dropping off a man at his residence when ERPD observed the man being dropped off was barely conscious, lying on the ground and very intoxicated. The man was transported by EMS. Russell, also intoxicated, was arrested for DUI
