The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
June 26 – Day Shift
21-009046- 4152 Ringgold Road (Bojangles)- Wellbeing Check-
The caller advised a white female was hanging around the business acting strange. On arrival the female was observed eating breakfast and appeared to be ok.
21-009049- Welworth Avenue @ Sewanee Drive- Noise Complaint-
The caller advised someone in the neighborhood has been shooting off fireworks since yesterday evening. The caller requested police drive through the neighborhood and if found tell the people to stop. On arrival police checked the area but did not hear or see fireworks.
21-009054- 405 Dunlap Avenue- Traumatic Injury/AOA-
Police responded with Fire and EMS on a chainsaw injury. On arrival police stood by while medical personnel handled the call.
21-009060- Warrant Service-
Robert Smith was arrested and transported to new 601 on an East Ridge warrant.

June 26 – Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Rd / warrant service (21-009083):
Police served Donald Edgemont with three arrest warrants. One count of Aggravated Burglary, one count of criminal conspiracy, and one count of theft over $2,500.
4214 Ringgold Road (Fire and Police Services Center) / Suspicious Activity(21-009064):
Police watched a white male attempt to place a note in the PD side door. Police have located several unreadable notes in the last couple weeks. Police made contact with the male and identified him. He appears to have mental health issues while saying he is working undercover for the police department. He was in possession of several other incomprehensible letters. Due to his odd behavior a field interview was conducted.
3600 block Missionaire Ave / Domestic Assault (21-009081):
Police responded to this residence in regard to a domestic assault. Upon arrival, police spoke with the complainant who advised his ex-girlfriend, Tonya Brentley, slapped him in the face. Police observed red marks on the victim’s face and Brentley stated she slapped in him the face. Brentley was arrested for domestic assault.
4323 Riggold Road / Traffic Stop (21-009073):
Erick Gatica was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
4214 Ringgold Road / Stolen Vehicle Recovery (21-008987):
Chattanooga police department recovered a 2003 Infiniti stolen from East Ridge. The vehicle was transported for processing. Report on file.

June 27 – Day Shift
21-009090- 6500 blk of Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person/FI-
While on patrol, police observed a white male laying on the sidewalk in the 6500 block of Ringgold Road near the Mapco gas station. Officers approached the male to check on his well-being and he was identified as Glenn C.. Officers woke up Coffey and found that he was sober and not in distress. The man stated he was released from Parkridge East Hospital earlier in the morning and was making his way back to Ringgold, GA. He was checked for warrants and found to have none. The man agreed to leave the area after speaking with police.
9091- 6514 Ringgold Road (Mapco)- Suspicious Person/FI-
While on patrol police located a male subject sleeping in a black Nissan Murano parked on the lot. Police woke up the male to conduct a well-being check and ensure there were no issues with him. The male presented a Mexico Consular identification card which identified him. The subject’s information was sent to Dispatch and he was found to have nothing on file under that name. Police allowed the man to contact his friend. He responded to the location to pick-up the man.
No number assigned- 1503 McDonald Road (Waverly Motel)-
AOA Warrant Service- While on a park and walk at the motel police encountered Cornell Pines. He was found to have several Hamilton County warrants. He was detained and transported to new 601.
McBrien Rd/Connell-
Reports of shots fired in the area. Officers checked the area but did not locate anything.
5300 block Connell St:
Police responded to a disorder at this location. The caller’s 12-year-old autistic son had an episode. Youth Villages arrived and spoke with the child.

4222 Ringgold Road – Stolen Tag Recovery – 21-009108 –
Police ran a license plate displayed on a vehicle parked at the Speedway, which returned stolen. The vehicle was unoccupied, and no one returned to it after 15 minutes. The license plate was recovered from the vehicle, and the vehicle was towed.
918 Donaldson Rd – Disorder / AOA Warrant Service – 21-009120 –
Police responded to a disorder in the parking lot of the Richwood Apartments. On arrival, police contacted a male and a female who had been involved in a verbal disorder. The female party, Clarissa Bush, was discovered to have an outstanding warrant out of Fort Oglethorpe. Bush was detained and transported to Silverdale on the warrant.
21-009118 3605 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop / Arrest:
David Sullivan was arrested for DUI, Reckless Driving, Speeding, Failure to maintain lane, and Simple Possession following a traffic stop at this location.
