Day Shift June 19
24-007826 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop/Warrant Arrest – A man was arrested for an outstanding East Ridge Warrant during a traffic stop.
24-007832 – 2000 BLK Tombras Avenue – Assist Fire – Police responded with the fire department on a possible residential fire. The fire was found to be contained to several trash cans and a wooden privacy fence. Fire personnel extinguished the hazard.
24-007844, 24-007846, 24-007847 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – Police responded to a report of a male shoplifting in the grocery store and a female awaiting his exit in yellow Mustang parked in the lot. Officers encountered the suspect as he exited the store and located his female companion attempting to exit the parking lot. The investigation revealed he had not only taken merchandise from this store but also two others. He was charged with three counts of theft. The woman was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit theft. The subjects were trespassed from the establishments and an investigation is ongoing concerning other thefts.
24-007843 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – Police responded on report of a disorder between two parties. It was found one had been trespassed from the establishment in January. She was taken into custody for trespassing and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
24-007831 – 1300 BLK Orlando Avenue – Found Property – The property owner called the police to inform them he located a bicycle near the road in his yard. Officers transported the bike to the East Ridge Police Department and placed it into property.
24-007828 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorder – Police responded to multiple disorders between two people in the gravel lot near the pavilion. The couple was disrupting other patrons of the park and were ultimately issued a criminal trespass warning and told to leave.
Night Shift June 19
24-007859 – 700 BLK Bacon Trail– Assist EMS / Intoxicated Person – Police assisted Hamilton County EMS with a severely intoxicated person. A 63-year-old male was found in an apartment by a family member. EMTs determined the individual had fallen several times, was highly intoxicated, and required immediate transport to a medical facility. The male initially would not comply with directions and police assisted the medical staff in transporting him.
24-007860 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Pkwy – Disorder – Staff reported a disorder in the restaurant involving a female and she was asked to leave. Outside the business, officers found the woman and determined she was intoxicated. Transportation to her home was arranged.
24-007863 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Noise Complaint – The hotel staff reported two intoxicated individuals had created a disturbance and attempted to fight other patrons in the lobby. Police located and determined they were highly intoxicated on alcoholic beverages. The couple refused to comply with directions and were taken into custody. Both were charged with Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Stop, Halt, Frisk.
24-007865 – 500 BLK Cedar Glen Cir – Disorder – Police responded to a verbal disorder at the residence. Officers observed an intoxicated woman in her front yard creating a general disturbance for the neighborhood. While discussing the situation, she attempted to walk away from the police. She was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
