July 21 Day Shift
4150 Ringgold Road (Walmart)- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised of a white male banging on the pharmacy window and yelling. Upon arrival the male had left the business in a silver Mazda.
Keeble Street @ State Line Road- Traffic Hazard-
The caller advised of three white females and two while males sitting in the roadway. Upon arrival the group had already moved into a yard.
3920 Ringgold Road (Dollar General)- Shoplifting-
Douglas Thomas was issued a misdemeanor citation for shoplifting after he was observed attempting to conceal items. Per management he was also issued a criminal trespass warning.
6721 Ringgold Road (Family Dollar)- Wellbeing Check-
The caller requested police check on a white male and female hanging out around the business. Upon arrival the couple was checked and advised to move along.
Warrant Service-
Wilmer Santos was detained in court and transported to 601 on Hamilton County warrants.
6105 Ringgold Road (Popeye’s)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a white male attempted to enter the partially closed business. Upon arrival police located the male at the business next door. He was advised not to pull on the doors of the business. Police assisted him back to his room at the Motel 6.

Night Shift
6300 Ringgold Rd. / Disorder:
Patrick Da’ Vincie Bell was arrested for possession of a stolen firearm, following a disorder at the Krystal’s after his debt card declined and he refused to leave.
3700 Ringgold Road/Simple Possession/warrants:
Justin Lowery was arrested for simple possession of marijuana and a vandalism warrant out of East Ridge.
5301 Ringgold Road/Shoplifting:
White female and white male stole a school supply box full of cosmetics.
1513 Garner Cir / Rapid SOS:
Police were dispatched to a Rapid SOS alarm at this location, after arriving it was determined to be a false alarm and was called in by a baby playing with a phone.
Keeble @ Stateline / Intox Party:
Police were called in reference to an intoxicated party, upon arrival he was observed in Ga. Police notified CCSO.
1453 Mack Smith / Disorder:
Police responded to a report of 12-15 intoxicated parties causing issues at the pool. Upon arrival the clerk had no knowledge of the incident, police made contact with a group of seven people who were quietly sitting outside the hotel. No police action was taken.
1600 Adair Ave / Traffic Arrest:
Ashley Tackett was taken into custody for felony warrants out of Hamilton County following a traffic stop at this location.
800 S. Germantown / Evading:
Police attempted a traffic stop on a white motorcycle with two occupants. The motorcycle slowed to a stop then pulled a U-Turn and was last seen turning west onto Ringgold Road at a high rate of speed. Police deactivated emergency lights and allowed to suspect to safely flee from police.
700 S. Germantown / Evading:
Police attempted a traffic stop on a black Trailblazer with an unknown Alabama registration. The vehicle fled at a high rate of speed north on S. Germantown towards South Terrace. Police stayed behind the vehicle long enough to warn the construction workers in the roadway of the oncoming danger, then deactivated emergency equipment and allowed the suspect to safely flee from police. The vehicle was later seen in the area of S. Seminole and Navajo and again fled from police; police again allowed the vehicle to safely leave the area.
1417 St Thomas Street / Warrant Service:
Police served two PTR warrants for Possession of Schedule IV drugs on Melissa E. Roberts.
