Day Shift July 19

23-009051 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Unconscious Party – Officers responded to an unconscious male in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. Police contacted the driver who was taken into custody for DUI and Possession of Marijuana.

23-009053 – 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue – Domestic Assault – The suspect threatened to assault her mother in such a manner as to put her in fear of assault. Warrants will be sought.

23-009035 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – The complainant stated he believed male standing on the corner of the building next to the road was participating in narcotic distribution. Police spoke with the man. He stated he was just “chillin,” when requested he allowed police to go in his room. No narcotic evidence was seen in the room. Both parties were advised to leave after they check out and not hover around property.

23-009037 – 3700 BLK Fountain Ave – AOA/Assist EMS – Police responded to this location after a CPD unit requested EMS for a party possibly having a seizure. EMS and ERFD arrived on scene and tended to the patient.

23-009041 – 3500 BLK Ringgold Rd – Assist EMS – Police responded to this location for a party who was possibly electrocuted after a lightning strike. EMS and ERFD arrived on scene and tended to the patient.

23-009047 – 4300 BLK Bennett Rd – Traffic Stop/Arrest – A man was arrested for driving on suspended driver’s license after advising that he would continue to offend if he received a citation on this date. He was originally stopped because he and his passengers failed to wear their seatbelts.

Night Shift July 19

23-009068 – 1500 BLK Waterhouse Street – Traffic Stop – Following a traffic stop at this location, a man was issued a citation in lieu of arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia.

23-009071 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police observed a male at this location who seemed lost and was exhibiting erratic behavior. Police identified the man who was found to have a full extradition warrant for aggravated arson out of Ohio. He was transported to Silverdale where he was booked accordingly.

23-009056 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police served a warrant on a woman for Forfeiture Capias (Criminal Impersonation) while she was already at the Hamilton County Jail.

23-009070 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police served a warrant on a man for Alias Capias (driving on revoked license) while he was already at the Hamilton County Jail.
