The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
July 10 – Day Shift
22-009780- 501 South Moore Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a homeless male was sleeping at the football field. On scene police located the male and advised him to leave.
22-009783- 1523 Keeble Street- Alarm-
Police responded to check the business. On scene the building appeared secure.
22-009787- 441 Bluebird Circle- Wires Down-
Police were dispatched with ERFD on a tree in the roadway with wires down. On scene police stood by until the tree was removed.
22-009788- 5076 South Terrace- Unconscious Person-
Police were dispatched with EMS on an unconscious 45-year-old female at the church. On scene police stood by while EMS handled the call.
22-009794- 1410 Mack Smith Road- Mental Health Consumer-
The caller advised a male standing by a blue truck was threatening to shoot her. On scene police contacted the female and recognized her as a known mental health consumer. She displayed paranoid and erratic behavior, possibly due to narcotics use and mental health issues. When asked about the situation further she refused to answer and became defensive. She advised her 12-year-old son was in the room. Police did observe a younger male party laying in the bed. She continued to talk constantly and was in a heightened state of agitation. When police spoke with her over the phone previously, she alleged an unknown black substance was seeping through the walls and getting on her skin. Given the conditions in which the juvenile is living, a referral was sent to TN Department of Children’s Services.
22-009801- 5506 Ringgold Road- Alarm-
Police responded to check the business. On scene the building appeared secure. This was the second activation this weekend. Officers attempted to locate a responsible party but were unsuccessful.
22-009802- 4131 East Ridge Drive- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised of a suspicious white truck parked at the abandoned house at this address. On scene police spoke with the truck’s owner and found him to be a contractor working for the property owner.
22-009803- 100 Bass Pro Drive- Vehicle Fire-
Police were Dispatched with ERFD on a vehicle fire in the parking lot. On scene police stood by while the fire was extinguished.
22-009810- 5712 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a homeless male has been loitering on the property for the last two days. The caller requested police ask him to leave. On scene the male was checked for warrants and given a ride to McDonalds

July 10 – Night Shift
1600 Waterhouse Street / Arrest-Other:
Frederick Gross was taken into custody following a tip from a concerned citizen that a bald male wearing a black shirt was selling fentanyl pills along Stateline Road. Police made contact with two parties at this location and Gross, who matched the description of the suspect, was taken into custody for public intoxication. At the jail Gross was found to be in possession of a pressed fentanyl pill. When the pill fell on the ground Gross swiftly grabbed the pill and ingested it before officers could stop him. After struggling with Gross in the intake area he was transported to Parkridge North where he refused treatment. Gross was taken back to the Silverdale under the supervision of medical staff. He was subsequently charged with possession of schedule II and tampering with evidence. Gross is currently on Federal Parole and his current Parole Officer was notified of the incident. 22-009823
5707 Ringgold Road / Arrest:
Carmen McReynolds was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest during a traffic stop at this location. McReynolds arrived on the traffic stop while her brother was being taken into custody for an East Ridge warrant. She became disorderly and irate with officers. She was asked several times to leave the traffic stop and refused. 22-009821
