The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
July 08 – Day Shift
22-009672- 707 South Germantown Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a homeless male was observed going through their donation box. On scene the male was told to leave per the pastor.
22-009673- 6514 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a female was in the restroom possibly using narcotics. On scene police spoke with the woman. She was checked for warrants and sent on her way. No narcotics were located.
22-009678- 1517 Tombras Avenue- Warrant Service-
Police executed an Alias Capias arrest warrant (#149349) on Karla Louise Harris for Driving Under the Influence, second offense. She was taken into custody at East Ridge court and transported to the Hamilton County Jail at Silverdale.
22-009682- 5707 Ringgold Road- AOA-
Code Enforcement requested a police escort to a homeless camp behind the business. On scene no homeless people were located.
22-009688- 1100 Spring Creek Road- Alarm-
Police responded to check the school. On scene police met with school staff and the building was checked. Nothing out of the ordinary was located.

July 08 – Night Shift
3100 Navajo Dr/Pursuit:
Police were notified by HCSO about a black Nissan eluding HCSO on Main Street towards South Seminole. Police located the black Nissan with a paper tag traveling in the 3100 block of Navajo Dr. The vehicle matched the description of a BOLO for an armed robbery in Chattanooga. Police attempted to stop the vehicle and a pursuit began. HCSO and ERPD pursued the vehicle to Orchard Knob and Citico Avenue where the suspect was apprehended. CPD was made aware of the suspect information and vehicle recovery. 22-009720
1544 Burns Avenue / Public Intoxication:
Joseph Lawson was arrested for said charge. 22-009722
4150 Ringgold Rd / Arrest-Drugs:
During a traffic stop at this location Christopher Graham was arrested after he was found to be possession of a felony amount of marijuana. 22-009725

22-009732- 323 Camp Jordan Road- Sexual Assault-
A juvenile female advised she was assaulted by a juvenile male in the area of Camp Jordan while they were hanging out. She advised the incident occurred on 7-6-22.
22-009733- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-
Sarah Davis was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
22-009734- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-
Kendall Klimp was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
22-009747- 5506 Ringgold Road- Alarm-
Police responded to check the business. On scene the building appeared secure.

July 09 – Night Shift
3725 Fountain Avenue / Stolen Vehicle Recovery:
While patrolling the area police located a white Dodge Charger, unoccupied and parked in front of building #6. The vehicle was confirmed stolen out of South Pittsburg. It was towed and secured on the lot of Cannon’s towing.
6514 Ringgold Road / Fugitive:
During a traffic stop at this location Brandon Agner was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Georgia.
1410 Mack Smith/Arrest-Warrant :
Crystal Fritts was arrested on a Hamilton County warrant at this location following a consensual encounter. 22-009756
1000 John Ross Road / Arrest-DUI:
Daniel Suarez was arrested for DUI and Leaving the Scene Property Damage Crash.
2000 block Myrtle Dr / Suspicious Person:
Police were called to this location after the reporting party stated he confronted two young males about being on his neighbor’s property. The reporting party stated the young males threatened to kill him. On scene police spoke with two witnesses to the incident who stated the individual who called police instigated the incident. The witnesses then stated the juveniles were petting a cat in the driveway and no threats were made.
3200 Navajo Dr/Arrest-Drugs:
Chad Fitzsimmons and Matthew Stone were arrested for possession of Roxicodone, drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence after throwing narcotics out of the truck during a traffic stop. 22-009772
1410 Mack Smith / Theft from Motor Vehicle:
Police responded to the Budgetel Inn after the complainant called and told police someone took a tool bag out of her vehicle the previous night. The complainant stated a Craftsman bag of tool was stolen however she could not provide any serial numbers or type of tools which were stolen. Police were given consent to search the apartment of the possible suspects. No tools or tool bag was located.
Burns Ave & Stateline Road / Backup Other Agency:
ERPD was requested to respond to this location after Catoosa County advised they received a call about a suspicious person walking around with only a shirt and boxers on. Deputies located Joseph Lawson asleep on the sidewalk with only boxers and a shirt on in Tennessee. Lawson was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale without incident.
6115 Ringgold Road / Arrest-DUI:
Rustem Jhoan Lopez Mejia was arrested for DUI and Driving While License Revoked, Suspended. 22-009778
