Day Shift January 11, 2023
23-000476- 1100 BLK McBrien Road- Disorder- Police responded to a disorder regarding child custody.
23-000477- South Germantown Road- Harassment- The caller advised police of harassment by a male subject. The caller reported there was a child custody case between the male subject and his children’s mother. The caller advised the man has been constantly harassing them on their personal cellphone. Text messages showed multiple statements from the man stating he would end the caller’s career. The caller did not want to press charges, but just wanted to document the harassment due to the man’s behavior and harassment of the judge on the case as well.
23-000478- 1100 BLK McBrien Road- Harassment- The previous subject from the call on McBrien confronted her neighbor next door, accusing him of meddling in her affairs concerning the children. According to the resident she made threats to accuse him of child abuse and was extremely agitated. He advised she made him fear for his and his children’s safety.
23-000480- 6600 BLK of Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/Arrest- A man was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.
23-000487- 4000 BLK South Terrace- Domestic Assault- A man was arrested for domestic assault following a disorder with his roommate.
Night Shift January 11-12, 2023
23-000489- 2014 Schmidt Road- Felony Evading- Police conducted a traffic stop on a white Mercedes sedan for a window tint violation. When officers requested the driver’s information, he fled at a high rate of speed, almost striking an officer. The driver of the vehicle was identified through the vehicle registration and driver’s license photos, and is currently on parole for a 2018 homicide. Warrants are being sought.
23-000495- 3600 Old Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop- Following a traffic stop at this location a man was taken into custody for Hamilton County warrants. Upon a probable cause search of the vehicle police located a handgun along with marijuana and a resale amount of morphine. He was subsequently charged with tampering with evidence and contributing to the delinquency of a minor after giving the marijuana to a juvenile in the vehicle to hide it from police.
22-000497- 6642 Ringgold Road- Misdemeanor Citation-Drug Offense- A man was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at this location. He was issued a misdemeanor citation and released.
