The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
January 23 – Day Shift
21-000978- 1515 Tombras Avenue (Community Center)- Mask Violation/Disorder-
The caller advised several people at a ball game were refusing to put masks on and causing a disorder. On arrival officers were able to gain control and mask compliance. Three people declined and were asked to stay outside until the game was over.
21-000983- 5319 Ringgold Road (Family Dollar)- Suspicious People-
The caller advised of two homeless white males hanging out in front of the business. On arrival the two males were gone. Police spoke with the caller and advised to call back if they return.

January 23 – Night Shift
6515 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 21-000989):
The manager of Champy’s called police stating a customer was very intoxicated and had become disorderly with staff and other customers. The party attempted to leave the area as the passenger in a vehicle after causing a disorder. Officers located the vehicle as it was pulling onto Ringgold Rd. The party, Christopher Brown, had active warrants through East Ridge. He was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
3300 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-000998):
Brittney Gravitt was taken into custody for DUI, Possession of Schedule II and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia during a traffic stop.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Arrest 21-001000):
Clarence Bulloch was detained by Collegedale Police and transported to East Ridge. The East Ridge police department booked Bulloch on outstanding warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.
1112 S St Marks (Burglary 21-001001):
The reporting party stated someone had entered her residence while she was away and took a Play Station 4, four games, a bottle of muscle relaxers and four marijuana cigarettes. Report on file.
1100 S St Marks Ave (Disorder 21-001004):
The caller reported parties at this address were yelling and throwing things at each other. The male party involved in the disorder Michael Drouillard had left the scene prior to police arrival. While officers were on scene Drouillard returned extremely intoxicated and tried to strike an officer with his vehicle. He was taken into custody for DUI, Aggravated Assault, Reckless Driving and Vandalism. While enroute to the jail Drouillard became increasingly profane with police and began spitting at officers.
6514 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-001005):
Anthony Trillett was taken into custody for Public Intoxication after he was observed attempting to fight the ice machine at the Mapco.
6708 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 21-001009):
The store clerk called stating there was a male party refusing to leave the property. The party was assisted to his motel room by police.
6700 Ringgold Rd (Arrest/Vehicle Recovery 21-001011):
Police located a vehicle from a BOLO earlier in the shift that had been reported stolen out of Chattanooga. The vehicle was occupied by Daniel Sanborn and Rodarius Dozier. Sanborn was taken into custody for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Possession of Schedule II, Possession of Schedule VI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Dozier was taken into custody for Possession of Schedule VI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
6674 Ringgold Rd (Pursuit/Evading 21-001016):
Police observed a party believed to be Christopher Coleman exit a vehicle and run into the OYO Motel. Officers determined Coleman was in room 264. As officers attempted to make contact with Coleman he fled on foot leading police on a foot chase over several floors of the motel. Coleman entered a white Volkswagen sedan and fled the motel at a high rate of speed onto I75N. The vehicle lead police on a high speed pursuit to approximately the Moore Rd exit of I24. Police terminated the pursuit due to risk factors involving the general public. Coleman is an extremely dangerous criminal whose active warrants include a warrant for Aggravated Robbery. East Ridge police will seek additional warrants for Felony Evading, Speeding and Reckless Endangerment. Ashley Taylor was taken into custody for Resisting Arrest. Taylor attempted to prevent police from apprehending Coleman and provided him with keys to her car as a get-away vehicle.

January 24 – Day Shift
21-001018- Warrant Service-
Joshua Cagle was served an East Ridge forfeiture capias for theft of property. CPD transported him to the Hamilton County Jail where he was served with the warrant.
21-001021- 1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)- Disorder-
The caller advised she was being held in a room against her will but would not give a room number or any other information. She then disconnected the call. On call back a different person answered the phone and advised they had allowed an unknown female to use their phone, but she had already left the room. On arrival no one was located.
21-001026- 625 Marlboro Avenue- Delayed Theft-
Police contacted the victim via phone. The victim advised police approximately 10-12 months ago his Samsung Galaxy Note Plus smartphone, and Samsung unknown model tablet were stolen from his residence. The victim gave an estimated date of incident of March 20, 2020, however he stated he was unsure when the actual theft occurred. The victim further stated he believes the suspects are general contractors and were working on his residence and the last time he saw both items was the last day the suspects worked on his house.

21-001037 – 6725 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Activity-AOA:
Christopher Jones was taken into custody for active Hamilton County Warrants following a suspicious activity call at this location.
21-001051 – 1417 St Thomas St / Traffic Stop:
Jason Vaughn was arrested for criminal impersonation following a traffic stop at this location. He was also served with Hamilton County warrants.
