The following information was provided by the ERPD from it’s “pass along reports.”
January 21 – Day Shift
6725 Ringgold Road (suspicious person):
A female was observed dancing on the sidewalk belonging to The Chattanooga Mercantile. Police arrived, spoke with the lady, and she was allowed to leave on her bicycle.
1517 Tombras Avenue (warrant service):
Brittany Taylor was arrested on an active East Ridge warrant for child abuse and neglect. She was transported to 601 Walnut Street.

January 21 –Night Shift
1426 S Moore Rd (Overdose Arrest 21-000898):
Police responded to reports of a party falling asleep while driving. Officers arrived and located a red Nissan driven by Daniel Lewis. Lewis was unconscious from an apparent overdose. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Warrants were sought for Possession of Schedule II and DUI. A passenger, Kimberly Smiley, was taken into custody for Possession of Schedule I, Possession of Schedule II and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Prater Rd (Assist Other Warrant):
ERPD attempted a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Prater Rd. The vehicle continued into Catoosa County before stopping. The driver Michael Eades was taken into custody by Catoosa County on warrants through their jurisdiction. He was also found to have active warrants through East Ridge.
941 Spring Creek Rd (Arrest 21-000920):
A violent C.O.N. patient had become extremely disruptive with hospital staff and had been preventing them for caring for other patients. He was being extremely loud and threatening to harm hospital staff. He was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail for Disorderly Conduct.
5301 Ringgold Rd (Arrests 21-000921):
While police were conducting a business check at the Walgreen’s they encountered two heavily impaired male parties. Jeffery Gorman and Michael Benedict were taken into custody for Public Intoxication. It was the opinion of officers on scene both men were impaired by alcohol and some sort of narcotic. During the course of the investigation police located Casey Flowers in a vehicle which the men arrived in. Police also located drug paraphernalia and Roxicodone pills. Flowers was taken into custody and transported to the jail for Possession of Schedule II and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was also found to have active warrants through Hamilton County.
1417 St Thomas St (Disorder 21-000922):
Police responded to a disorder at the Motel 6. The disorder was verbal only between a couple who had decided to dissolve their relationship. The parties separated while officers were on scene.
5500 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-000924):
Pamela Ford was taken into custody for Possession of Schedule II and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia during a traffic stop. Police had observed the vehicle moments prior to the stop. A white male, believed to be Daniel Tyler Healen, had been an occupant in the vehicle and had eluded officers prior to the traffic stop. Healen has active warrants for his arrest through multiple jurisdictions.

January 22 – Day Shift
183 I-24 West-
There were several reports of a tire damaging pothole on the interstate. The hole was located inside the city limits of Chattanooga. TDOT was made aware and are repairing the roadway.
21-000833-Warrant Service-
Demarcus Dillard was served an East Ridge warrant at 601.
21-000942- Warrant Service-
James Stevens was served an East Ridge warrant at 601.
21-000935 4403 Ringgold Road- Vandalism-
The caller advised sometime over the past few weeks an unknown suspect damaged the glass on the front of the building. On arrival police observed two holes in the front glass. The caller had located two marbles in the lot prior to police arrival.
21-000941- 1676 Keeble Street- AOA/Runaway Recovery-
Chattanooga police requested officers check this address for a juvenile. While en route officers observed a vehicle the the juvenile has been associated with in the past pulling onto Karwill Lane. Police followed and located the juvenile in the parking lot. He was detained and transported to JDU on runaway attachments.

3657 Ringgold Road (Warrant Service 21-000954):
Tiffany Roberts was arrested on a Hamilton County warrant at this location during a consensual encounter.
3707 Olmstead Dr (Burglary 21-000956):
Police responded to a residential burglary at this address. The reporting party stated while he was away from his apartment someone entered his residence and had taken $22 in cash.
1800 Tombras Ave (Assault 21-000961):
Police responded to assist EMS with a person who had sustained serious injuries during an assault. Officers took a male party, Jose Morales, into custody for Aggravated Assault and transported him to the Hamilton County Jail. The victim was transported to Erlanger Hospital.
4300 Ringgold Road (DUI/Warrant Service 21-000965 & 21-000968) :
Angelena McCabe was taken into custody for DUI, Red Light Violation, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Child Neglect and Aggravated Child Neglect. David Ervin was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and an East Ridge Warrant.
3801 Ringgold Rd (Fight 21-000966):
The reporting party called stating a fight between multiple Hispanic males in the restroom of Level Up Arcade was occurring. Video of the incident showed several males assaulting a single male. The parties were gone when police arrived.
6600 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-000969):
Frank Bulloch was taken into custody for Driving While Suspended. Bulloch was also found to have active warrants through Hamilton County for Domestic Assault.
623 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Domestic Assault 21-000970):
Sean Carter and Destiny Lewis were both taken into custody for Aggravated Domestic Assault. The parties had been involved in a physical fight with each other while in their room at the Hampton Inn.
3657 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Person 21-000971):
Officers responded to the Cascades Motel on complaints of a female knocking on multiple motel room doors during the early morning hours of Saturday. Police located Bricara King wandering about the parking lot. King was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to the jail.
