The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
January 18 – Day Shift
21-000750- 500 block South Lovell Avenue- Unknown Trouble/ Mental Health-
A male subject called in advising people were trying to kill him. On arrival it was found he was involved in a disorder with his roommates. He requested a ride to an address in Brainerd. His request was granted.
21-000758- 1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)- Deceptive Practice-
The caller advised an unknown suspect hacked his cell phone and copied pictures of his children. He advised now they are trying to sell his children over the internet. On arrival police spoke with the man. He was unable to show officers evidence of his phone being hacked.
21-000763- 3508 Ringgold Road (Walgreens)- Theft-
The caller advised an unknown female subject took approximately eighty dollars’ worth of beer and various other items without paying. The suspect fled the scene in a black Dodge Charger with no front bumper traveling north on Germantown Road. On arrival police checked the surrounding area for the suspect vehicle with nothing located.
21-000764- 3452 Ringgold Road (Qik N EZ)- Fight-
The caller advised of two females fighting on the parking lot. On police arrival no fight was located, and the suspects had already left the scene in unknown directions.

January 18 – Night Shift
3651 Shirl Jo / Auto Theft – 21-000768:
The complainant reported that his 2002 Buick Century DFC592 TN was stolen from his girlfriend’s house with the keys in the ignition. Neighbors observed a male subject with a hat and mask on wearing a black and white jacket jump in the vehicle and flee the area south on John Ross. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.
Ringgold Road @ E. Ridge Avenue / Crash-Arrest – 21-000771:
Leonel Ramirez Jimenez was arrested for “Driving While License Revoked” following being involved in a crash.
3710 Ringgold Road / Theft – 21-000774:
The manager of New China reported a theft of the tip jar. The manager stated she was in a disorder with a female subject and the woman grabbed the tip jar and ran westbound in the parking lot. The manager estimated that 10-20 dollars were in the jar.
5300 block Connell St. / Mental Health – 21-000776:
Officers responded to this location regarding a mental health emergency. Officers transported the subject to Parkridge East for a physical and mental evaluation.
3918 Ringgold Road / Drug – 21-000778:
Robert Padgett was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for simple possession at this location.
941 Spring Creek Road / Disorderly Conduct – 21-000779:
Police were dispatched to Parkridge East ER 2 for a psychiatric emergency. Police were notified that a patient, mental health consumer, struck the security officer and two nurses. The victims refused to prosecute. Police took the patient into custody for disrupting hospital operations and charged her with disorderly conduct. The patient was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
1417 St Thomas St / Vandalism – 21-000785:
Hotel staff called police due to a male subject throwing a rock at a window and shattering it at approximately 1429 hours on this date. Police viewed the video footage and observed that the suspect was exiting a gold Nissan. The vehicle seen in the video was still on scene. Police ran the TN tag, which returned as stolen out of Bradley County. Contact was made with the owner of the vehicle, Chadwick Crawford, who advised that he did not know the male who was in his vehicle because his friend “Cory” had used the vehicle earlier and had the other male suspect with him. Crawford was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for theft of property. The tag was removed and placed into property and evidence.
902 Dunlap Avenue / Abandon Auto – 21-000780:
Person(s) unknown ran away from a 2000 Toyota Corolla bearing TN temp registration E189210. Police were called for shots fired but did not find anything confirming it.
100 Dorrah Lane / Suspicious Activity (juvenile) – 21-000783:
Police responded to this location in reference to a suspicious activity call. Upon arrival, police determined that juveniles had been throwing rocks at apartments in the complex. The parents of the juveniles were notified and no damage was located. Report on file.
3700 block Fountain Ave / Assist EMS – 21-000794:
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a 7-month old premature infant who is on a ventilator bleeding from his tracheotomy site. Police arrived on scene and officers assisted in holding the infant’s trach in place and maintaining his airway until EMS arrived on scene.
300 Shallowford Road / Traffic Stop-Evading – 21-000797:
A black Camaro traveling east bound was seen speeding. The vehicle fled into Chattanooga after seeing police activate lights and siren. A BOLO was given to Chattanooga.

January 19 – Day Shift
21-000803- 941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East)- Overdose-
The hospital called advising a female in her mid-20s was dropped off at the emergency room in an unconscious state by an unknown male. Narcan was administered and the female was revived. While on scene police attempted to speak with the female but she was uncooperative. She would not advise an incident location or whom she had been with.
08- 018501- Warrant Service-
William Harrison was picked up from Chattanooga police on 10th Avenue and transported to 601 on East Ridge warrants.
21-000806- 5807 Ringgold Road (Southland Shooters Supply)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of an unknown male subject with no shoes standing on the rear deck. On arrival police encountered Reese E. He was checked for warrants and advised to move along.
21-000807- Warrant Service-
Angela Watson was arrested on one East Ridge warrant and one county warrant at East Ridge court. She was transported to 601.
No number assigned- 5506 Ringgold Road (East Ridge Alignment)- AOA-
Police assisted Collegedale police with apprehending a fugitive with warrants out of their city. He was taken into custody without incident.

January 19 – Night Shift
6488 Hideaway Road/Warrant Service – 20-008500:
Lacy Stoglin was arrested on an East Ridge Warrant at this location. East Ridge met HCSO and transported her to the jail.
601 Walnut Street / Warrant Arrest – 21-000813:
Pedro Pascual was arrested on a Public Intoxication warrant. Chattanooga Police transported to Hamilton County Jail.
3320 Ringgold Road / Misdemeanor Citation-Drugs/A.O.A – 21-000815:
Brooke Stockmam was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for poss of sch IV. Hillary Shutters was transported to the jail on a Red Bank Warrant.
5300 Ringgold Road / Arrest-DUI – 21-000819:
Kelly Natiel Morgan was arrested for DUI after being stopped for entering a closed construction site. A blood sample was obtained per a search warrant.
601 Walnut Street / Warrant Arrest – 21-000824:
Heather Nichole Carroll was arrested on a Forfeiture Capias warrant for Possession of Meth. Another agency transported Carroll to Hamilton County Jail on unrelated charges.
