Day Shift January 1, 2023

23-000014-730 Germantown Circle-Reckless Endangerment – Multiple vehicles and buildings were damaged by rifle and handgun fire. More than 200 shell casing were recovered and suspects identified. Investigation is ongoing.

23-000022- 5900 BLK Graston Avenue-Vandalism – A resident reported that the rear windshield of her vehicle had been broken. Police arrived on scene and were able to recover a projectile from inside of the vehicle.

23-000023- 1000 BLK Hibbler Cir-Vandalism – A resident reported that the windshield of his vehicle had been broken. The victim advised it appeared the windshield had been broken due to gunfire.

23-000026- 6600 BLK Ringgold Road-Theft from Vehicle – The reporting party advised her wallet and pill organizer was taken from her friend’s vehicle which was parked at the hotel overnight. The vehicle was left unlocked.

Night Shift January 1-2, 2023

23-000030 – 1600 BLK Keeble Street – Domestic Disorder – Police were dispatched to this residence as neighbors reported they overheard a male party assaulting a female inside. Police attempted to contact anyone inside the residence however no one answered. Police verified the female resident was the respondent in an East Ridge Conditions of Release showing a male as protected party. No forced entry was made as police did not hear or witness any altercation and were unable to determine who actually was in the residence. The RP was uncooperative with police. Report on file.

23-000037 – 6400 block Brack Street – Arrest – Carla Haskins was taken into custody for Possession of Schedule II, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Simple Possession of Marijuana following a traffic stop. Ms. Haskins was in the possession of four pressed Fentanyl pills.

23-000038 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service –Police arrested Zachary Brock for a shoplifting warrant. He was taken to jail by Hamilton County Deputy.

23-000039 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police arrested Arlantis Jones for a Forfeiture Capias warrant after CPD contacted him on a disorder call.

23-000036 – 100 Interstate 75 – Suspicious Activity – Police were called to this location due to a large gathering of people. After an investigation, it was determined that this was part of an ICE operation to reunite juveniles with their families.

22-017081 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – Sedrick Allen was taken into custody by CPD on East Ridge warrant, forfeiture capias for driving on revoked and forfeiture capias failure to appear.

23-000044 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – Ronald Saxton was taken into custody by CPD on East Ridge warrant, theft of property.

23-000040 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant – Justin Edwards was arrested and booked at the Hamilton County Jail on an East Ridge warrant.
