I-75 Overpass Construction Nearing Completion

East Ridge police are advising motorists that the construction project over Interstate 75 is nearing completion and that new traffic patterns should be expected.

The project that has been delayed due to rainy weather should be completed on Friday, June 1. Motorist should expect a change in traffic pattern along Ringgold Road near the Exit 1 construction once this occurs.

The contractor will provide appropriate signage and message boards to make traffic aware next week. This schedule is weather-pending and should this date change officials will notify the public.
