Judge Alex McVeagh, a Republican candidate running to be judge of Division III of Hamilton County Circuit Court, is honored to announce that he has received the support and endorsement of the Fraternal Order of Police – Rock City Lodge #22 (FOP). The FOP’s endorsement of Judge McVeagh follows his recent endorsements from the Chattanooga Fire Fighters Association – Local #820 (CFFA), the International Brotherhood of Police Officers – Local #673 (IBPO), retired Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Hammond and 13 local judges.
“The membership of the Fraternal Order of Police Rock City Lodge #22 has voted to endorse Judge Alex McVeagh for Division III of Hamilton County Circuit Court,” said Chris Mullinix, president of the Rock City Lodge #22. “Judge Alex McVeagh is a longtime supporter of Law Enforcement in this community and has a proven track record as a Hamilton County General Sessions Judge. The Fraternal Order of Police Rock City Lodge #22 is proud to endorse Judge Alex McVeagh for Hamilton County Circuit Court Division III.”
The FOP is the largest and oldest law enforcement fraternal organization in the United States. The FOP Rock City Lodge #22 represents more than 500 current and retired sworn law enforcement officers in Hamilton County.

The Republican Primary Election for Division III of Hamilton County Circuit Court will be held on March 5, 2024. Early voting begins on February 14, 2024 and ends on February 27, 2024.
