A Wednesday morning fire damaged a home on Belvoir Terrace.
According to an East Ridge Fire Department press release, firefighters were called to 837 Belvoir Terrace at 7:22 a.m. On arrival, crews reported heavy fire and smoke coming from the single-family dwelling.
Firefighters made an aggressive interior attack and searched the house for occupants. No one was discovered inside the house and the blaze was extinguished.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
A Mutual Aid call went out for additional manpower and coverage in the event of additional calls for service.
