Day Shift February 1, 2023
23-001298 – 4100 E Ridge Drive – Arrest- During a traffic stop, officers came into contact with a party who had an active warrant out of Hamilton County. He was transported to Silverdale and booked accordingly.
23-001283 -1400 BLK East Ridge Drive – Domestic Assault – A female was arrested for domestic assault after she repeatedly punched and kicked her mother.
23-001299 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – A man was arrested on outstanding East Ridge warrant(s).
23-001233 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Supplemental Report – The victim reported her stolen phone was found to have been deposited in the ecoATM at the Walmart Neighborhood Market. She presented paperwork for police to fill out so the phone could be returned.
23-001291 – 5900 BLK Ringgold Rd – Found Property – Employees with Public Storage reported finding a gun on the back lot of their property. On arrival, the item was determined to be a broken airsoft gun. The parties were advised it could be discarded.
23-001292 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Rd – Suspicious Activity – A manager advised approximately 10 juveniles were in the store causing a disturbance. On arrival, police spoke with several employees, who claimed the juveniles were not causing a problem.
23-001302 – 3200 BLK Ringgold Rd – Theft– The business reported a friend of an employee stole a $300 tool while visiting the property. The complainant advised the employee made contact with the party and retrieved the item. Police will attempt to speak with the party on a later date and issue a criminal trespass warning to the party.
Night Shift February 1-2, 2023
No Number Assigned – 1500 BLK Springvale Road – Juvenile Curfew Violation – Police observed three juveniles in the area after curfew. All three juveniles were taken home by police.
22-0011625 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service / Arrest – A man was arrested for domestic assault at the Hamilton County Jail.
23-001305 – 800 BLK Harris Drive – Disorder – Police were called to the area after a verbal altercation occurred. The caller stated he was walking in the neighborhood, when he motioned for a speeding red GMC to slow down. The driver rolled down the window and began threatening the RP, before speeding off again. Officers checked the area and did not contact the aggressive driver.
23-001309 – 1500 BLK Prater Rd – Harassment – A mental health consumer made threats to break into his mother’s home and “have his way” with his brother and mother. Report on file.
