The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
February 06 – Day Shift
21-001631- 6404 Ringgold Road (Burger King)- Unwanted Person-
The caller advised a homeless male was in the lobby begging. On arrival the man was advised to leave the business. The manager declined a criminal trespass warning.
21-001634- 4340 Ringgold Road (Freeway Insurance)- Alarm-
Police responded to check the business. On arrival police contacted a work crew. The alarm was found to be accidental.
21-001635- 4152 Ringgold Road (Bo-Jangles)- Disorder-
The caller advised of a customer in the drive through being rude and smoking marijuana. On arrival the customer had already left the area.
21-001640- 6404 Ringgold Road (Burger King)- Unwanted Person-
Police were called back regarding the man begging. Management requested him be trespassed and told to leave. Jeffery Deyhle was issued a criminal trespass warning and sent on his way.
21-001641- 3400 block Beachwood Lane- Improperly Parked Vehicle-
The caller advised her neighbor’s vehicle was blocking her driveway. On arrival the vehicle was found to not be blocking the driveway. It was slightly on the caller’s property. The vehicle was stickered.
21-001644- 5319 Ringgold Road (Family Dollar)- Shoplifting-
The caller advised three black females left the store without paying for the items they had (eight boxes of diapers). The trio left west bound on Ringgold Road in a silver four door Nissan with a temporary registration.

February 06 – Night Shift
5700 Ringgold Rd. / Vehicle Crash (21-001663):
Officers responded to a vehicle crash with injuries at this location. The driver was transported to Erlanger Hospital. She struck a pole that broke and fell into Ringgold Rd. causing Ringgold Rd., between Springvale and Keeble St. to be closed for most of the night. EPB had been on the scene working to fix the damage.
3450 Ringgold Rd/ Vandalism (21-001660):
Police responded to the Unclaimed Furniture & Mattress store in reference to vandalism. The victim stated an unknown subject had shattered the driver’s side window of her Honda Civic while she was inside the store.
21-001664 5700 Ringgold Road / Arrest:
While directing traffic at a traffic accident at this location, a 2021 Kia SUV drove around officers directing traffic in the roadway and police vehicles with emergency lights activated. The driver of the vehicle was removed and taken into custody for DUI 3rd offense and Driving on Revoked for DUI. Randall Cox was transported to the Hamilton County Jail with no issue.
21-001672 5700 Ringgold Road / Arrest:
Lindsay Beckler was arrested for DUI at this location following driving her vehicle through barricades put in place by EPB. Beckler was transported to the Hamilton County Jail with no issue.
3801 Ringgold Rd/ DUI Arrest (20-001676):
Police arrested Froylan Santiago Ramos for DUI at this location.
21-001650- 323 Camp Jordan Parkway/ Vandalism:
Juvenile male witnessed an unknown red truck doing doughnuts in the construction area in the park. He took his 2013 Chevy Silverado to the park and joined the red truck in playing in the mud. The unknown red truck departed before police arrival. Police followed the muddy tire tracks to the location of the Chevy Silverado where police located the juvenile male. Police could not determine if property damage occurred due to the limited visibility set in by nightfall. Parks and Recreation will have to assess any possible damages and determine if prosecution is necessary.
1514 Springvale Rd. / DUI Arrest (21-001675):
Joey Gill was arrested for DUI 2nd and Driving on revoked for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.

February 07 – Day Shift
21-001681- 1910 Close Road- Vandalism-
On arrival police contacted the complainant. He advised the back window of his vehicle, a 2016 Mazda 6 sedan, was busted out sometime during the night. The complainant advised no property was taken from the vehicle.
21-001684- 6408 Ringgold Road (Duncan Donuts)- Unwanted Person-
The caller advised of a homeless male trying to get customers to buy him food. On arrival officers encountered Jeffery Deyhle. He was issued a criminal trespass warning and sent on his way.
21-001688- 6650 Ringgold Road (La Quinta Inn)- Narcotics Violation-
An anonymous caller advised two people were selling methamphetamine out of a gray Chevy truck in the parking lot. On arrival the vehicle was not located.
21-001690- 3728 Ringgold Road (Little Caesars)- Disorder-
The caller advised a customer was causing a disorder over wanting a refund. On arrival officers spoke with the customer and staff. They were able to come to an agreement and the customer left the area.
21-001696- 6800 block Beulah Drive- AOA-
Catoosa Dispatch requested officers assist FOPD officers with locating a hit and run suspect at this location. On arrival the suspect and vehicle were located. FOPD responded and spoke with the driver.

February 07 – Night Shift
4348 Ringgold Rd. AOA Pursuit (21-001727):
At approximately 03:30 am, East Ridge Police were told that the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department was in a vehicle pursuit headed our way. The pursuit began on or near Hickory Valley Rd. at 03:31 am, the pursuit turned south onto S. Moore Rd. and entered East Ridge City. Spikes were set up and successfully deployed spikes at 1425 S. Moore Rd. the spikes almost immediately caused both front tires on the suspect vehicle to deflate. As the vehicle attempted to make a left turn onto Ringgold Rd., the driver lost control. The vehicle spun and left the roadway to the right shoulder striking the Checkers restaurant entrance sign. The vehicle came to rest, and all three suspects were detained. No injuries to report. The driver was identified as Garaek Gaddis. He was taken into custody by HCSO. REF HCSO #21-003224.
21-001721 1600 Prigmore Road / Traffic Stop / Arrest:
Johnny Green was arrested for Driving on Revoked for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
21-001718. 600 block Maple Lane/ citizen assist:
The resident called requesting police come and reset his breakers in his electrical breaker box. The resident stated his oxygen could not work without power. Police were able to reset the breaker. While at the home, police observed the home was an extreme hazard for anyone to live in. Police will inform City Codes regarding the condition of this home.
West End Ave at Ringgold Road/ Arrest:
Robert Owens Jr. was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia following a consensual encounter at this location.
