The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” provided by ERPD.
February 04 – Day Shift
22-001621- 5400 Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/FI
While on patrol police observed a gold Toyota Camry parked in the lot of Springvale Park. Knowing this area is common for narcotic activity and stolen vehicles, police attempted to contact the driver, but he pulled out of the parking lot. Police observed the driver did not have his seat belt on. Police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle at 5512 Ringgold Road. Police identified the driver. While speaking to him police observed him to be nervous, deceptive, and evasive in his conversation. While running a check of the driver’s license status he was found to have been involved in incidents at 807 South Seminole which is known for its theft and narcotics activity, a lengthy criminal history of narcotic use and evading arrest, and he is also a validated criminal gang member. Police asked him about his involvement with Ghost Face to which he replied, “I don’t speak about that.” With no probable cause for a search and without an available K-9 officer, the driver was released with a citation for a seat belt violation.
22-001630- 1635 Springvale Road- Traffic Stop/AOA Warrant Service-
Dustin White and Dakota Green were encountered on a traffic stop at this location. Police found White was wanted through Hamilton County Sessions Court and Green was wanted through Walker County Georgia. Both were detained and transported to Silverdale.
22-001635- 6216 Ringgold Road- Back Fire-
Police were dispatched with Fire on a commercial fire at a business. On scene police found the fire had already been extinguished. There were no injuries.

February 04 – Night Shift
1000 S Seminole Dr/Evading (22-001653)
Police observed a red Honda Civic driving reckless speeds of 80 mph on S Seminole. Police attempted to stop the vehicle but continued south on S Seminole Road. The vehicle displayed a dirty GA temp tag.
3984 Ringgold Road/Simple Possession (22-001654)
Carl Lankford was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for simple possession of meth during a traffic stop.
6600 Ringgold Road/Driving on revoked (Dui)(22-001655)
Daymond Carmichael was arrested for driving on revoked for DUI at this location during a traffic stop.
22-001640 – 3936 Ringgold Road / Deceptive Practice:
Police responded to the Save-A-Lot regarding a customer who scammed the business for $500. Police spoke with employees of the store, who advised a male and female came into the store to buy a couple of items. Upon checking out of the store, the male asked for change for a $100 bill from the cashier. While the cashier was attempting to give him the correct change, the male suspect continued to ask a question in an attempt to distract the cashier. The male suspect was observed on security camera footage reaching over the counter and becoming more aggressive. While dealing with the customer, the cashier inadvertently gave the suspect approximately $500 in cash. The report is on file for the incident.
1600 Dugan Street / Assist other Agency:
Dustyn N. Warren was stopped for Stop Sign Violation and found to have a warrant out of General Sessions Court for Theft of Property. 22-001648
22-001656 Spring Creek at Ringgold Road- traffic stop/warrant service-
During a traffic stop, Shelby Friar was arrested on a warrant from Catoosa County for a probation violation.

February 05 – Day Shift
22-001672- 5400 Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/Arrest-
Police observed a gray Chevrolet Impala on the roadway and immediately recognized the driver. He was known to police to have a revoked license through the State of Tennessee. Approximately 1 month ago police stopped him for traffic related offenses and issued him a citation for driving on revoked. Within the last 2 weeks he was stopped for traffic related offenses and issued a misdemeanor citation for driving on revoked. Once he was stopped, he was arrested. While in custody he became increasingly agitated and hostile towards officers. He then complained of chest pain. He was transported to Parkridge East where medical staff decided to admit him for cardiac observation. He was released from custody. Warrants will be sought.
22-001679- 4222 Ringgold Road- Found Property-
An individual advised he found a cell phone yesterday in the bathroom of the Speedway. He then came today and turned the phone in. Police were unable to locate an owner. The phone was placed into property.
22-001681- 639 Camp Jordan Parkway- Delayed Assault-
The caller advised the driver of a red Chevy truck shot a customer and an employee with an airsoft gun. On scene police found the suspect and the customer had already left the scene. The employee declined to file a report.
22-001686- 6725 Ringgold Road- Shoplifting/Warrant Service-
The caller advised three males stole items from the business. On scene police were able to speak with one of the males. He was identified as Clint Wolfford. He was found to have East Ridge warrants. He was arrested and transported to Silverdale. The other two males were not located.

4222 Ringgold Road / Arrest-DUI/Drugs:
Darron Lee Johnson, Jr. was arrested for DUI, Resisting Arrest, Simple Possession or Casual Exchange, and Driving While License Suspended after being stopped for Speeding in the 900 block of S. Moore Road. 22-001710
S Crest @ East View Dr /Pursuit/Shots fired suspect(22-001698)
Police were in the area when a BOLO for a shots fired call was dispatched. Police observed a black Honda traveling at a high rate of speed, leaving the area. This vehicle also matched the description of a robbery suspect vehicle. A stop of the vehicle was attempted, but the vehicle fled. Officers initiated a pursuit with the vehicle until losing visual on Rossville Blvd.
1312 Spring Creek Road/Simple Possession(22-001705)
Sylvester Kirkwood was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for simple possession of cocaine.
Frawley Road/Ringgold Road/Intoxicated juvenile(22-001711)
During a DUI investigation, police located a 17-year-old male who was heavily intoxicated. He was transported to TC Thompsons for medical clearance then transported to JDU.
