The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
Feb. 14 Day Shift
22-002076- 100 I-75 North- Suspicious Vehicle/People-
The caller advised a male in a white SUV was parked on the lot and refusing to leave. On scene police spoke to the male and he decided to leave.
22-002079- 3900 block Ringgold Road- Overdose/Arrest-
The caller advised of a male parked in the lot overdosing. On scene police administered Narcan to the male. EMS transported to Parkridge East. Once cleared he was arrested and transported to Silverdale. He was charged with public intoxication.
22-002088- 6400 blk of Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/FI-
While on patrol officers conducted a traffic stop on a Mazda. After contacting the driver, he appeared to be very nervous. Police asked the driver about the presence of narcotics in the vehicle to which he denied. Officers asked for consent to search the vehicle, but the request was denied. A Chattanooga K-9 responded and gave a positive indication on the vehicle. Officers conducted a search of the vehicle and located what closely resembled crack, but it was a small amount and the officer did not have access to a field test kit. The driver was issued citations for his driving infractions and released from the scene.
22-002090- 1000 Bass Pro Drive- Shoplifting-
The caller advised an unknown male came into the store and took a weather radio without paying. The male left the area on foot and could possibly be homeless. There is no other information.

22-002111 – 4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Police executed an East Ridge warrant for Petition to Revoke for Theft under $100 for Robert Hess, after the Chattanooga Police Department encountered this individual on a call.
22-002107 – 1100 block McBrien Road / Mentally Disturbed:
Police responded to this residence regarding a mental health consumer who appeared to have a manic episode. Police made contact with the female party, who agreed to be transported to Parkridge East by police.
22-002103 – 4345 Ringgold Road / Alarm Holdup:
Police were dispatched to a holdup alarm at the One Main Financial Business. Upon arriving, one of the employees advised she had accidentally tripped the panic button.
22-002113 – 4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Police executed arrest warrants on Louis Cannamore III after the Chattanooga police Department encountered this individual during a call in Chattanooga.
22-002118 – 4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Police executed a warrant for Melissa Owens for alias Capias for Possession of Schedule IV.
22-002109: Ringgold Rd @ John Ross / Unlawful Possession of a Firearm:
A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle having no tag displayed. Upon making contact with the occupants of the vehicle, they were identified as Lamichael Green and Alexia Duncan. Due to the strong odor of marijuana, the vehicle was searched, and a Taurus 9mm was located in Duncan’s purse. Duncan was admittedly under the influence of marijuana and stated she was a habitual user of marijuana. She was arrested and transported to Silverdale. Green was taken into custody for driving on revoked and transported to Silverdale.
22-002122: 1417 St Thomas St #112/ Drug Possession:
After a consensual encounter with two suspicious subjects, Patrick Withrow and Destiny Mikel, were found to be in possession of hydrocodone and methamphetamine.
