February 12 – Day Shift
500 block St Marks Avenue (vandalism):
The complainant called police after coming home to find the rear window broken out of her pickup truck. Additionally, her truck had dents in the tailgate, sides and hood of the truck. Next to the truck were broken pieces of concrete possibly used to damage the truck. (22-001946)
5700 block Ringgold Road (public intoxication):
Johnathan Bryant was arrested at this location for public intoxication. (22-001970)
3700 block Ringgold Road (criminal trespass):
Arlene Freeman was issued a criminal trespass warning per Subway employees after returning to the restaurant today and continuing to harass employees. (22-001976)

February 12 – Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 21-014360):
Amanda McConathy was taken into custody on an East Ridge warrant for Possession of Heroin while at Hamilton County Jail.
4145 Ringgold Rd (Auto Theft 22-001998):
A woman reported her 2005 silver Dodge Ram was stolen from the parking lot around 1500 to 1830 hours on this date. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 22-002000):
Rolfi Velazquez Morales was taken into custody on an East Ridge warrant for Alias Capias (Driving on Revoked, Suspended or Cancelled License) while at the Hamilton County Jail.
1400 block John Ross Rd (DUI 22-002013):
Tonia Carey was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
500 block S. Saint Marks St (Noise Complaint 22-002007):
A party called in stating there was loud music and screaming coming from one of the homes. Police made contact with the partiers and advised them to celebrate quieter.
4321 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 22-002015):
An anonymous party called stating a male on a motorcycle was going to hurt a female at this location. Police arrived on scene and spoke to the gentleman on the motorcycle and the female. The two stated they were dating and having a wonderful evening.
3100 Ringgold Rd (Assist Other Agency 22-001996):
East Ridge Police assisted Chattanooga Police by shutting down the tunnels westbound into Chattanooga. The tunnels were closed for approximately 35 minutes due to a crash involving a vehicle over the embankment in Chattanooga. The driver was suspected of driving under the influence and was arrested.
3320 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 22-002004):
A male subject was arrested at the coin laundry for public intoxication.
6600 block Ringgold Rd (Field Interview 22-001999):
Police were flagged down in reference to an agitated male looking for his girlfriend and children at the La Quinta. Police made contact with the male. He was slightly intoxicated but did not seem to be a danger to himself. He was given a ride to his residence in Chattanooga.
4222 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 22-002018):
Police responded to a report of a male refusing to leave Speedway. Police made contact with Shaine Brooks. Speedway staff wished for Brooks to be trespassed from the property. Police informed Brooks of his trespass notice and that he could be arrested if he returned. Brooks stated he understood and left the area.

February 13 – Day Shift
5600 block Clemons Road (aggravated burglary):
A female subject returned home from out of town and discovered her home had been burglarized. Several TVs, laptops, and children’s clothing was stolen. (22-002025)
4338 Ringgold Road (assist EMS):
A homeless man, came into the Food Lion complaining he was cold and bleeding. He appeared to have been intoxicated and suffered from facial injuries he received from falling face down into the asphalt. EMS transported to an area hospital. (22-002031)
4145 Ringgold Road (suspicious person):
According to the victim a subject followed him back to his residence. The driver jumped out of his car and accused him of being some discredited social media personality. The suspect continued to act strangely, making bizarre statements. Fearing for his safety, the victim called his aunt who left her apartment and came to the entrance. The suspect fled the area when the victim’s aunt came out and confronted him. The car, a cream-colored Buick, is registered to a subject out of Knoxville. He was advised to contact police if he is seen again. (22-002045)
201 Eads Street (runaway juvenile):
A female juvenile living at this address ran away again. The juvenile was entered into NCIC. (22-002029)

February 13 – Night Shift
631 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Traffic Arrest 22-002055):
Police arrested a male for driving north in the southbound lanes of Camp Jordan Pkwy. He was charged with driving without a license, failure to provide proof of insurance and reckless driving.
100 block Kingwood Rd ( Domestic Assault 22-002063):
Officers were dispatched to this location on report of an assault. Once on scene police found an alcohol infused disorder. Ultimately a man and his wife were taken into custody for domestic assault against another intimate partner in the residence.
6514 Ringgold Road (Arrests 22-002061):
While performing a business check at Mapco, Police encountered an intoxicated Deivin Paxtor causing a disorder in the business over the clerk’s refusal to allow him to purchase beer without an ID. Police instructed him several times to return to his vehicle but he refused and resisted arrest. While escorting Paxtor to a patrol vehicle, Paxtor’s intoxicated brother began to scream obscenities at police while hanging off the side of his vehicle. When police attempted to take the brother, only known as John Doe at this time, into custody he attempted to lock himself in the vehicle by closing the door and holding it shut. Officers forced the vehicle door open. When to door opened it separated from the inside panel, which he used as a shield in an unsuccessful attempt to hinder officers from arresting him. He was tased, pulled from the vehicle and taken into custody. After being taken into custody he made threats to kill officers on scene. He was charged with resisting arrest, retaliation for past actions, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.
6708 Ringgold Road (Robbery 22-002069):
An unknown male entered the Circle K located at this address and attempted to shoplift a pack of muffins. When the clerk attempted to intervene the unknown male struck her twice in the head with a closed fist. The suspect fled prior to police arrival and was not located.
800 Belvoir Ave (DUI 22-002073):
David Holley was taken into custody for DUI during a traffic stop.
