ER Municipal Court Postponed Due to Weather

East Ridge Municipal Court will not be held on Tuesday at its regularly scheduled time due to the threat of inclement weather, officials said Monday evening.

Inmates in custody at the Hamilton County Jail have been rescheduled to appear in municipal court on Friday, Feb. 1, at noon.

Patricia Cassidy, the East Ridge Municipal Court Clerk, said that anyone with a traffic citation who was scheduled to appear on Tuesday, Jan. 29, should call the court clerk’s office at 423-867-2701 to reschedule. In addition, anyone scheduled to appear who is out on bond from the jail is asked to call the court clerk’s office to reschedule their appearance.
