Domestic Incident Leads to “Cut”

A domestic incident resulted in a woman being cut on her arm, early Tuesday afternoon.

According to a press release from the East Ridge Police Department, officers responded to 218 Gleason Drive Apt. 39 on a report of a domestic assault. The female victim had a superficial cut to her forearm, the report states.

Suspect Jacques Johnson, the victim’s live-in boyfriend, was arrested for aggravated domestic assault. The woman was treated on the scene by EMS and declined to be transported to the hospital.
