Day Shift December 6, 2022
22-016633- 6700 blk of Ringgold Road- Improperly Parked Vehicle/DUI Arrest- Jon Perkins was arrested and charged with DUI during an improperly parked vehicle call. He was transported to Silverdale.
22-016634- 6900 BLK Glen Errol Way- Alarm-Police responded to check the residence. on scene it appeared secure.
22-016638- 3600 BLK Fountain Avenue- Stolen Vehicle Recovery- The caller advised her son’s stolen Dodge Charger was located at this location. On scene police checked the vehicle and found it had been reported stolen from an address in Chattanooga. The vehicle was removed from NCIC and released to the owner.
22-016641- 3500 BLK Pinellas Lane- Alarm- Police responded to check the residence. On scene it appeared secure.
22-016642- 600 BLK Brookfield Avenue- Suspicious Person- The caller advised a male in a silver vehicle was observed urinating on the ground beside the vehicle. On scene the vehicle had already left. Police checked the area, but the vehicle wasn’t located.
22-016643- 2100 BLK Dugan Street- Burglary- The caller advised she felt her residence had been burglarized and items were taken. On scene while police spoke with the caller the missing items were located. It was determined no burglary occurred.
22-016649- 6727 Ringgold Road- Disorder with a Weapon- Zoie Gaines was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after brandishing and threatening employees with a large knife.
22-016654- 3713 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person-The caller advised a male was loitering in the business. On scene the male was advised to leave.
Night Shift December 7-8, 2022
(No Number Assigned)- 3508 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person- Police responded to the Walgreen’s at this location after an unwanted party had returned from earlier. The party had left the business prior to arrival.
22-016662- LA Lane & Flinn Dr- Asist Other Agency/Endangered Party- ERPD was requested to check the area per Lookout Mountain PD for a party after their phone last pinged at this location. Multiple pings were observed to be in the middle of the woods behind a residence. With the assistance of a resident of LA Lane officers hiked the area down to South Chickamauga creek. Upon arriving to the bottom of the trail, ERPD officers were notified the party was located by Chattanooga PD on an adjacent call directly across South Chickamauga creek.
22-016663- 4300 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Activity- Police responded to this location after an employee stated a homeless party had threatened them with a wrench. Police searched the area but were unable to locate the party.
22-016666- 400 S. Moore Road- Field Interview- Police contacted a subject after observing him attempting to break into a vehicle. He stated that his vehicle had broken down and when roadside assistance moved him off the roadway, he accidentally locked his phone and keys in the vehicle. A field interview was completed.
22-016673- 3900 BLK Ringgold Road- Alarm Burglar- Officers responded to a business regarding a call for a burglar alarm. Upon checking the door to the business, one of the side doors appeared to be slightly ajar but still locked. Officers walked around the business and verified each door to be secure.
22-016674- 3100 BLK Bimini Place- Noise Complaint- Police contacted a male party who appeared to be passed out in his vehicle while playing music very loudly. Once the party was awakened by police he was instructed to go inside of his residence.
22-016676- 4000 Ringgold Road @ John Ross Road- Crash-Hit and Run- A Ford F-150 turned into the path of a Hyundai Elantra causing a crash. Prior to the crash, the F-150 stopped on a traffic stop in the 3900 block of Ringgold Road. The driver was suffering left the scene of the crash. A miscellaneous report and crash report are on file.
22-016677- 3900 Ringgold Rd- Traffic Stop/Arrests- Ladarrius Dews was arrested for criminal impersonation and an outstanding Hamilton County warrant for aggravated robbery, and Darrell Dews was arrested for criminal impersonation during a traffic stop at this location.
22-016678- 4200 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder Weapon Involved- Officers responded after a man was told by an employee he could not have the charity change bin. After being told he could not have the money, patrons at the business observed him to be waving a knife outside of the store. Upon speaking with him appeared to be a mental health consumer and was issued a trespass from the business at the request of staff.
