Day Shift December 3, 2022
Patrol responded at approximately 10 vehicle crashes during the shift.
22-016499- 5300 BLK Ringgold Rd – Assist EMS Police assisted EMS with a male who slipped in a puddle of water and fell. He refused to be transported by EMS and stated he would go the hospital in his own vehicle.
22-016450 – 300 BLK Alice Dr- Unconscious Party- Police responded with EMS on an unconscious female. EMS transported to a local hospital.
22-016506 – 5400 BLK Dupont St – Assist EMS – Police responded to this location with EMS after a female party was overheard by a call taker yelling for help. EMS obliged her request and she was transported.
22-016510 – 1500 BLK East Ridge Avenue – Miscellaneous/Juvenile Problem – The residents at this location advised three juveniles were tossing an iced beverage around in the street in front of their address, until one of the juveniles threw the item at the complainants’ residence and the parties ran south on East Ridge Avenue. The complainants provided police with surveillance video of the incident and as police were checking the area, the juveniles were located. Police spoke with the parent of the offending juvenile, and she advised the incident would be handled.
22-016517 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – Starr Perry, aka Morgan, was served Petition to Revoke Capias for Possession of Controlled Substance while in custody at the jail.
Night Shift December 3-4, 2022
22-016527 – 1100 BLK McBrien Road – Miscellaneous Complaint – Police were dispatched to this location regarding an assault that had taken place in Chattanooga. CPD arrived on scene and took the party into custody for domestic assault. ERPD took no further police action.
22-016534 – 600 Camp Jordan Parkway – Warrant Service – Following a traffic stop at this location, Tedarrell Poole was taken into custody on a warrant out of Sessions. Poole was also issued multiple citations.
22-016535 – I24 EB 182.2 – Arrest – Following a crash investigation, Spencer Slaughter was taken into custody for reckless driving and DUI.
22-016524 – South Seminole Drive @ Bennett Road – Traffic Stop – Caleb Byrd was taken into custody following a traffic stop at this location after being found to have an outstanding warrant out of Hamilton County.
22-016525 – 400 BLK Broughton Street – Suspicious Person – Reporting party called stating she was outside smoking a cigarette when she noticed an unknown white female hiding between two sheds in her backyard. Police responded and searched the back yard but nothing was found. She told police it seemed nothing had been tampered with. No further police action taken.
22-016531 – 3600 BLK Fountain Avenue – Domestic Disorder – Police were dispatched to this location for a domestic disorder. On police arrival both parties were separated. The RP told police she was involved in a verbal dispute with her boyfriend earlier in the night. Both parties agreed to remain separated for the remainder of the night due to no evidence a physical altercation had occurred.
22-016533 – 3500 BLK Bennett Road – Suspicious Person – Reporting party called police stating a male (Johnathan Blankenship) had just broken into their home and used their restroom. RP stated she was walking down the hallway in her house when she noticed the male in her bathroom. RP is unsure how the male broke in. Blankenship was arrested for aggravated criminal trespass and public intoxication.
