1900 Close Road (found property):
While on patrol in the area, police located multiple pieces of mail from several locations off of Laney Lane and Claire Street in Georgia. The mail was recovered and placed into property and evidence.
4155 Ringgold Road (Violation of Conditions of Release x2):
Mia Cunningham, aka Mia Shropshire, and Lamar Darnell Johnson were arrested for violating each other’s conditions of release following a traffic stop. Police originally responded to a possible assault in progress after a concerned citizen thought they observed a male driving a white Suburban assaulting a female passenger. Police made contact with the parties, and both claimed that no assault had occurred. Both parties then taken into custody after it was found that they both the respondent on each other’s conditions of release from a domestic in Chattanooga.
1502 McDonald Road (AOA):
Police were dispatched to Life Care Center regarding a CPR in progress. East Ridge Fire arrived on scene with HCEMS and medical assistance was provided.
1410 Mack Smith Road (well-being check):
Police were dispatch to this location regarding a missing juvenile from New York. Police spoke to the mother who stated the child called her yesterday stating she would be in town today.
6701 Ringgold Road (suspicious activity):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a male party with a gun. Police met with the clerk who stated she did not see the gun, but the guy was “acting shady.” Police searched the area, but the male party was GOA.
1517 Tombras Avenue (warrant service):
Tonya Gargle was arrested on an active East Ridge warrant at City Hall and was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

Night Shift
6200 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 20-017062):
The reporting party stated there was a silver Nissan driven by an elderly female refusing to leave the Taco Bell drive-thru. The driver was cooperative with officers and moved her vehicle.
1600 Springvale (Suspicious Vehicle):
Police observed a black sedan occupied by two parties in the park late into the evening. The parties were found to be just talking and not involved in any criminal activity.
5080 S Terrace (Disorder 20-017067):
An employee of AMC Theater stated a male party was using their water hose to bathe himself behind the theater. The offending party refused to leave at the employee’s request. Devereaux Miller-Gothay was located a short time later by police. He was detained on Hamilton County warrants and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. East Ridge warrants for Aggravated Criminal Littering are pending for he and Brenda Abajian after officers discovered their homeless encampment had been reestablished in the wooded area at 5400 Anderson Ave. Both parties have been warned previously about hoarding junk on the wooded lot.
6728 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Person 20-017072):
Police observed Miguel Cuevas exiting Camping World riding a bicycle while pulling another. Officers asked Cuevas about the bikes. He claimed the one he was riding was his and he found the other one on the Camping World property. Police took possession of the bike he was pulling and gathered information about the bike he was riding.
1600 Mack Smith Rd (Juvenile 20-017073):
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle occupied by four juveniles at 03:00 AM. Police, after making multiple attempts to call guardians, were finally successful in having all four picked up.
6710 Ringgold Rd (Vehicle Burglary 20-017074):
Officers responded to a victim at the Best Western who’s vehicle, they believe, had been burglarized. Once on scene officers determined nothing had been taken but the attempt to burglarize several vehicles had taken place.
6710 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 20-017074):
While investigating several vehicle burglaries police located Emily Sullivan passed out in the driver’s seat of her vehicle. A strong odor of marijuana and alcohol was detected by police. Sullivan was taken into custody for Public Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
3412 Missionaire Ave (Suspicious Activity 20-017078):
The reporting party stated he had captured video of a black sedan stop in front of his house in the early morning hours. A male exited the vehicle and walked towards his yard. A short time later the reporting party stated he noted his work truck had been tampered with. Nothing was taken.
1453 Mack Smith Rd (Vehicle Burglary 20-017076):
Similar to the incident at Best Western, officers responded to the Fairfield Inn where a vehicle had been entered but nothing taken.
